Malaki na for that short viewing distance, at mataas pa. Duling na sila, ngalay pa ang leeg. I would presume Gila had advised the client to replace the tv with a smaller one.

Dark bathroom made it look like smaller and cramped heheh but it was the client’s choice. I just can’t believe that the reason for not making it light is because they don’t want ro clean it as often hehhe...you really made it happen Gila.👍kudos

For me I prefer living area to be more bigger than bedroom area 😆 and the tv is too big for a really small distance from the sofa but I really like the design and the colour! I like dark colour 😆

I’ve been watching your videos. I’ve already told my parents about you. I’ve inherited a 10,000 square foot house with 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 floors including a rooftop and a small rooftoop on top of the rooftop 😂 and a 4 car garage, from my late grandmother and it fell in disrepair because it’s been abandoned for at least 3 years. It has that old movie mansion style going on and I do kinda want to keep the ceilings and some features but also make it modern at the same time. It might be a challenge for you to change the layout of the house since my parents said it “buhos” from the top to bottom and it will be hard to remove walls. I’ll hit you up once we’ve decided everything.
