Mam my daughter started saying words at 1 yr and was able to speak and form phrases at 2 that she learned from you tube shows. She has watched you tube since 1 yr upto 3 yrs approximately 4 to 7 hrs a day with very little socialization. Whenever there's no screen. She says phrases that she has watched or sing those songs and rhymes.even when she just woke up she sings or says lines from uou tube shows. If she's watching shows. It's as if that person or character she's watching is physically in front of her. She answers them and sings along with enthusiasm. Mam what can it be she's experiencing thank you.

      Hello
Screen time may have delayed her social skills and speech development, probably her play skills. This is screen addiction which results in self-talk, almost exclusively with play based on the content she watches.

      Hello
Children this young show extreme emotions when excited. Are your child's other milestones age-appropriate?

Kindly try to link the behaviour with the context. When does he shout or scream?

Chewy tube can be helpful in sensory calming. But singing rhymes is also a way of communication and keeping focus during activities.
