Look on 2 things: backlight lamp to inverter connection (reconnect few times + use contact cleaner spray) and if this will not help look for a spare inverter (used for about $10 on eBay)

Measuring the 3V output without connected display doesn't make any sense, because there is no output if no display is connected! Maybe it depend on input 96 BLON_IN, but I didn't test.

Hello Aditya11ttt, do you know the reason why there is no voltage output BACKLIGHT_ON at IC pin #97. I also have the same issue on my x201.
Back trace the signal that is needed to activate this signal !!
Do you know why pin 97 on U17 doesn't provide the needed 3.3 V?
