Hybrid engines use small batteries and existing engines making them much more environmentally friendly. that is because your turbo is anti surge, a smaller pipe won’t allow the air to flow through it and sends it back through the turbine

You're creating a restriction which will reduce power and you have a pipe very close to the turbine wheel which is a good way of chipping the fins
