Yeah there have been a lot of stories where friends feel like their friendship is being threatened when a girlfriend or boyfriend enters the picture. I've always viewed Clawdeen as a platonic character that's just not interested in love at the moment, and/or has her eye on some particular person and wants to wait. It was fun to have her this way. Not every character needs to be in a relationship. They are in high school after all, and it's more realistic to have platonic characters than forcing them all into a relationship.

Claudine is not a lesbian! She is straight and just over protective of her best friend and doesn't want to see her get emotionally hurt and make things awkward. The only reason the person who made this video thinks that is more then likely a lesbian herself and is head Canon her as one to support and help grow the LGBT community. She has never had a "coming out of the closet" moment. She could be a "closet lesbian" but there is no real proof. I've watched the whole original series that your show there's not one indication of that. Look...I know you want more LGBT characters and that's ok and all...but stop trying to lie and make people believe something you want be true when it is not.

Yes, I am in fact, a lesbian and I have come out of the closet in my parents were actually very excepting of me and I honestly did see a bunch of signs that Clawdeen is probably part of the LGBTQ+, and plus Garett the creator of monster high, said that he WANTED Clawdeen to be a lesbian, but Mattel said ‘it’s not the right time’ and clawdeen is written to NOT be boy crazy like the rest of the cast and I have also watch the show and I was NEVER going to lie to people, and I NEVER SAID it was canon this is just basically.
