Scalp psoriasis. It's a frustrating condition where flakes can form HOURS after you have them removed like this. Not everyone has it so bad, and some people have it way worse to the point where it affects their hair growth.
I agree cause my experience with flakes as a hair dresser is that there is always some color to them they are NEVER completely white period!!@@FlippnAwsum

This looks like dried on hair/scalp mask. Many asmr TH-camrs use similar products to simulate dandruff or psoriasis.
