We just got back from Savannah, amazingly beautiful homes. We did the trolly tour and learned that the car pollution was a reason all the Spanish moss is gone from the oak trees around Johnson Square. Such great food there, too!🤗👍
My girl friend and I flew from London to New York and drove slowly down I95 to Florida in 1999. Savannah was one of the most memorable stops on the way. Here we are now, 22 years later, married, two kids and locked down and remembering what it was like to be free to travel.....
I just now watched the replay of a Great job (As Usual) on your Livestream/video. I had spent a lot of time including a lot of St. Patty Days/Nights right there on River Street back in my Ft. Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield days lol. :) :)
@@woltersworld It made for some amazing photos! It was cold that day and rained the entire day...luckily except for the hour before, during and after our wedding! Thanks so much for posting this live tour on today of all days, much love from Canada!
You were lucky to get Casimir Pulaski Day off, Mark. I went to Catholic grade school and high school in Illinois, and they never acknowledged it or gave us the day off. I never knew why.
Agree with staying on the city side --even if you’re at a conference at the convention. Yes you have to cross the river in the morning to go to the event BUT at night everyone goes out on the town so it’s more convenient at night.
Was just downtown! Wouldve been cool to meet ya. Thanks for the videos and its been nice to see places we hadnt thought of (we are midwest transplants).
I was planning on visiting Charleston in late July and then renting a car to drive to Savannah for a day. Man that heat is gonna be brutal, I don’t have humidity here in New Mexico lol
Oh it was so wonderful! River front shopping and eating. Some aloe Vera plants like 5 feet wide. We called the hotel for directions, “yea we just drove past Waffle House” they laughed at me as they are like Starbucks in Seattle. Hotel didn’t divide their room numbers by floor like 100s 200s 300s. They started at 1 and kept going in order no matter what floor. I think we were on 3rd floor room number like 47. Beautiful cemetery.
Wolter what bank or bank app do I need while living or visiting Europe. I have a main bank in USA but I would transfer to a European bank to live from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am starting to dislike america
Apparently you don't know about the Oct. 9, 1779 Battle of Savannah. "At dawn, thousands of French and Americans attacked the British positions and were cut down. It was the bloodiest hour in the Revolutionary War."
Savannah is one of the most beautiful American cities. My wife & I want to go there but I promised her NOLA for 2 weeks first as soon as everything opens up. Still 3 more weeks till my second Moderna dose so it's going to be a while.
I've always wanted to see more of Georgia than just Atlanta. Regrettably, I just have this problem with the South (having experienced it firsthand), and I will probably never set foot anywhere there. It's good to see it through someone else's view, though.
I love Savannah!! Used to live in Augusta and went down all the time! Enjoyyyy!!!
Love Savannah! I've only been there once but it is one of my favorite cities.
I wish I Can Visit it.
That's My Kind of Park!!! Lovely, Open Space, Green everywhere, and Lovely Warm Weather.
Savannah is one of my favorite southern cities. We always visit when we're in Hilton Head.
Love the walking tours, thanks!

Nice walk. Did TH-cam finally fix the problem with the terrible pixilation in the native app?

Thanks
I agree on Idaho!
Savannah is my favorite city in the US.
The gasping for air is alarming. Cut back on the carbs.

Odd...The Westin is always my favorite place to stay there
Sir, really you are using a mask outdoor? Anyway, thank you for your video, sir. God bless you.
Passed by you!!
Should have said hi!

Ah yes Savannah. Wasn't it bigger 'n Atlanta during the Civil War? Savannah power!
From California... it's so nice to see a place that is ALIVE. SF right now is DEAD.
The Juliette Gorden Lowe house is also haunted.
From all those cookies that have been eaten

C'mon down to the south. Don't be afraid.
Dude. Why didn't you tell me you were here?
I just moved here. Come and visit me.
I heard it stinks there
No it does not love it there
I didn’t smell anything weird when I was there in March.
