I certainly see a lot of comments on this and the other videos comparing it to Depeche Mode, and yeah, I can se that. But what I haven't seen anyone notice so far, is how when the singer hits the higher notes, he almost sounds a lot like Howard Jones. I love this darker 80s sound, and I am glad to see bands like this gaining the traction they have been. Obviously a vacuum is being filled, and independent music like this is filing it.
As a retired wedding DJ, that’s heard a lot of music throughout his lifetime. I didn’t think it was possible to hear something this good at my age(54).
