Also this place is known for Lord Rama's Temple. Located 50 km away from Bangalore, the Sholay Shooting HillTop was once a sleepy village and after two and a half years of shooting it certainly gained a lot of importance. The hill was the hideout place for Gabbar and the rugged terrains made the region look like a perfect place for the robbers.
Easily accessible from Bike & Car and it can be covered in a day so you can spend your weekend here. This is a beautiful trek of 40-50 mins and also the easiest one.
