Serviority option not given in jira only we priority option so how we can give Serviority level. In ALM we have both options. How to link defects to test cases in jira and tests cases to requirement which is not covered in this video. Overall I found helpful and good session for beginner's on jira.

Can you please help me on this.
Story point is not days, or hours, story points are relative each other. we are assigning story points relatively with each other. ex. I've given 2 story point to login story. Now , if I'm thinking that Register coding work is double than login story then we are assigning 4 to Register story. Same way, we are assigning relative size to all the stories. We are using Fibonacci sequence for story points ex. 1,2,3,5,8,13... For more information search "Planning Poker Game" in google.
