Thank you so much! :) I enjoy painting with both a palette knife and different kind of brushes and the result is a wide variety of brushstrokes and textures. And looseness is something that I'm still trying to achieve, so I study a lot of contemporary and more classical artists and gather inspiration from them.

I know, right? :) I didn't realise while filming I had not locked the focus and later I saw it was a bit of a mess :) I'm still relatively new to filming and video editing, so there is much room to improve :)
Why do so many 'TH-cam' painting videos have to feature beautiful young women (when 'modern in style': women and still lives when 'antiquated')? Is eye candy the only thing worth painting? Are there no other legitimate subjects?

acrylic or oil ?
Oil :) There is only a layer of beige acrylic over the gesso, then oil paints.
