sir in question number 4 since there is a chiral Centre generated at which wedge bonded methyl carbon is there ..then it must have enantiomers and then the expected products be 4...I guess?????

Main factor is bond energy overall bond energy of ketone form is higher so generally ke to form is stable.percentage of enol content depends on various factors like aromaticity,resonance etc
