I found your podcasts living adventurously by acciden. I never listened too podcasts before. Finding these podcasts are already an adventure for me.
But I'm triggered now and I love the way you do the interviews.
I 'm from Belgium and I love cycling as well. During the World Championship in Yorkshire I came cycling some parts of the World champion ship parcours in terrible weather. I was welcomed by Yorkshire velo tours. For me also an whole adventure.
    But I loved it !!!

Wonderful photographs (especially the heron!). And the phrase ‘today is a fractal of my life’ was very powerful for me. Looking forward very much to reading the book 😊

Enjoyed your narrative, and the sentiment. I have done a reasonable amount of travel to distant places and big mountains, but recently have been taking the time to explore my local area, my two dogs in tow. New smells for them, new sights for me. I find it satisfying to discover a new footpath near my home i dindnt know was there😂

Wonderful. There is a lot of potential right here where we now live. If you can't be content with where you are, there's a good chance you will never be content in any other place !

Thanks a lot for this phantastic photoseries/slideshow, a beautiful testimomial of how you observe the world and how your brain processes it. Your message on the otherhand is a hard one for me. I'm also very conscious of environmental and climate issues and spatial planning in my country. I live in the Netherlands and I have walked, ran and cycled quite a bit in my neigbourhood, but I got everytime more and more sad and frustrated. 50% of the land in my country is taken in by industrial animal farming. Erverywhere you look one gets confronted with the wash out of meat and dairy production. Hardly any hedges, bushes or woods left, only straight green fields without cows (they are kept in stables 365days) and corn. A natural desert. What shall I do to satisfy my deep wish to explore the world without a huge carbon footprint? In june I had the opportunity to cycle from SW France over the Camino to Santiago and from there to the utter SW point of Europe, Cabo de Sao Vicente. Inspired by people like you! For the startingpoint there are nice bus transports with biciclecarriages. But getting home from the Algarve by bus or train was (almost) impossible and very expensive. Instead returning by plain with bike was cheap and easy. Maybe I should take a boat and cycle in the UK. Is the map in your book? I'm looking forward to reading it. Thanks again for all your inspiring work! vincenthesselink.com/
