So 6 months ago, I had a crazy idea that it would be a good idea to try and run a marathon. I had two goals: finish and run it in under 4 hours. I accomplished one of those goals.
There is nothing more satisfying than remembering how, why and with whom you undertake anything in your life. Be that a Marathon, a bike ride, a cycle ride or moving to another city or even country.
Congratulations!! That's extremely impressive. I hope to run my first marathon next year, and I'll be taking what you said before the race about mindset (preparation and such) with me. 🎉
