Tbh imo towel hangs, one arm hangs and pull ups Are best just put a towel over your pull up bar and hang on it its much harder than a normal hang and if you want you can do a one arm towel hang thats actually kinda hard
Best way to improve gripstrenght is by using tools like manual screwdrivers screw in and screw out and keep at it! (you might not beleive me but its true!)

Yeah man your absolutely right! I work at a factory and we use tools everyday. My hands where on fire the first month of working there 😅
