I learned of Mr. Burnett from the film Cadillac records and wanted to know more about him and where the howling came from i knew it had to come from pain...sad story.. but at least he lived long enough to become stronger wiser man ..

My father the late John W. Deisch from West Helena Ark. told me he knew "Wolf " personally from when he would come through town playing the local juke joints in the 50's. He also said he played piano for a live broadcast at the King Bisquit flour hour broadcast at KFFA with him when his regular piano player "Dudlo" was sick.
