Picked up the original rhino hero at gencon a couple years ago and everyone loved it. The cross breeze in the convention Hall made for a challenge. I'm excited to pick this one up soon.
But in Germany it is called Super Rhino ;) EDIT: Oh interesting, the original game is Super Rhino, but with Super Battle they changed it to Rhino Hero. So I guess it is called Rhino Hero everywhere now :)
Epic Gaming Night good point about the Uno mechanic. Still not sure if it's going to be as much fun or if the new stuff adds more frustration than tension. Will have to play ASAP :-)
I think the original Rhino Hero is great for quick session or younger kids learning the game. Super Battle is a perfect transition to more strategy and complex building. Of course, adults will love the complex play of Super Battle. I do think the box is too bulky for travel and probably will condense into one of my BitBox boxes.
This game must of come out about 7 years ago - the age of my Grandest Son who just got started with it and loves it. Thanks for putting this out - looking forward to playing ❤

Corey Hendon depends where you live. In Europe it was Rhino Hero!

Is it better than the original? If you were only going to pick up one of the two, which would you recommend?
This one looks a whole lot more complex. I think the simplicity of the original is what makes it great.
