How could we measure switching freq and duty cycle in case of using hysteresis control?

for duty cycle, you can use mean block to measure it. However switching frequency, I will find the block and inform you ASAP

I think your simulation results is wrong. Because at 9.19 hysterisis band is 0.2 that means output voltage must be varies between 9.8 to 10.2 but in output graph varies 9.4 to 10.6. for the same circuit i am not able to get same output. Some faults in your circuit.
