you need to get "Turn of the Century Patterns and Tailoring Techniques" by SS Gordon. intro by Kristina Harris (which I mention because you have another harris book) that suit pattern is in there. among others and I think you would greatly enjoy using that book for further projects, etc. Not horribly expensive! ZenHugs!
Drooling over ur roll desk by the way. It is so stunning. Can't wait to have my own space someday so I can finally get some antiques. I'd love a victrola too w/ a horn and a pitcher & bowl stand w/ a harp towel rack...would love to know how u do ur hair too...rag curls, pin curls, hot rollers?
Looks fantastic! I love historic costume. I mainly sew 1940s/50s and make my own patterns and have just started a TH-cam really all new to me! But this outfit is lovely! Well done!
Big surprise at the end! I like that era's version of this suit even better. But the whole thing was wonderful. The new red is so lovely.
It looks amazing, congrats for sticking with it 👍🏻
What a lovely costume! The takes from the field are so lovely. For some reason I get strong Monet-painting vibes :)
