You should teach him "off"! It's to train your dog to let go of whatever's in their mouth, and it'll be helpful when he's searching for cat poop or biting your hair 😂
I think he’s sleeping on the tile floors because it’s cooler. My dog does the same thing. Maybe you could get a cool pad for him to lay on if he’s hot. Can you imagine being in a big furry coat on a hot day. Dogs with eat cat poop, because cats only digests half their food, so half the cats poop still has some food in it. I know yuck!! If your perspiring, can you imagine how hot your puppy is. Would your dog, like a doggie pool to keep cool. Mine doesn’t.
