No one will consider the green agenda. By the way: hydroelectric power plants completely change the climate of the territory in which they are located.
Also, green ideologists forget, that those 1000 wind turbines will require like 3 times bigger electricity grid and.... ADDITINAL POWER PLANT to provide power when wind is low. Or 2 times bigger wind farm and energy storage of power output as big as that additional power plant. I know Olkuiluoto was super expensive, but it was first of its kind!
*Reality: Olkiluoto 3 increased in price from € 3 billion to around € 13 billion €. The electricity from this costs more than 15 cents/kWh.* That´s approx. 200% more than the price of electricity from wind power. This is one of the reasons why Finland is massively expanding wind power. In 2022&2023 wind power capacity in Finnland was doubled to approx. 7 GW. This year and next, 7.5 GW of offshore wind power is to be put out to tender.
And how would you service them? However it would be even better in killing birds. Those who would survive windmill blades will die out of thirst thinking that it's a lake...
Let's talk about accessibility of gen 3 nuclear reactors: once per year - it takes 5 WEEKS for obligatory maintenance. Every 18 months (not in the same moment !) obligatory fuel campaing for 4 WEEKS. Every 10 years - obligatory big maintenance. Which takes not 5, but 25 WEEKS. 15MW wind offshore turbine - maintenance takes 8 HOURS once per year. What about costs ? Olkiluoto 4 is to 6 times more expensive than identical power onshore wind farm (using 15 MW units). I guess that someone will answer: ok, but wind power is unstable. Yes, it is such qualified. So balancing this wind power with professional gas turbines (thay can operate on biogas, biomethane or hydrogen) - it is upgrading cost 0.95 mln of USD per every GWe of power. So very slightly. Stil such hybrid combinantion will be MANY TIMES CHEAPER and more ecological than gen 3 nuclear reactor. So sorry guys.
1) I agree that turbines are cheaper. 2) I don’t agree with the environment; nuclear power plants are quite an environmentally friendly source of energy than turbines that are powered by wind. 3) If we talk about maintenance, then take the installed capacity utilization factor, because it is the lowest for green energy, and the highest for nuclear power plants.
Great graphics
And I always wonder what are the long term effects of so many wind turbines on such a large area. Aren't they changing airflow in their vicinity?

Temperatures at night time increase by 2-4°C, because the turbines create turbulent air, mixing cold air at ground level with warmer air further up.

Burde nok have tegnet ind hvor stort det er, på kortet. ;o)
Nawet pomimo braku skali, różnica jest kolosalna.
I niezależna od pogody ;)
Was für ein Wahnsinn.

Now add solar panels between wind power plants.
...and you've ruined your country even more. Because who cares about nature if you can become rich producing windmills na PV panels :)
It would turn whole area into cold desert.
And how would you service them?
However it would be even better in killing birds.
