I have adjusted the limits on derailleur and shifter cable tension (on thumb shifter end). Please focus on 5th gear 23t (frame end and tensioner jockey wheels derailleur clearance) , it seems to work out fine on this aspect.
But then the 1/2 gear will have derailleur touching cog? Maybe some modification on compoenet will solve this. Its good no need to prepare frame end ...

Awesome! What shifter did you use for this? In the end, what things do I need for 5 gears 11-24t fully working?

@@MrJofArnold Take off the dust cover and you can squeeze in one more cog 21t I believe with all stock setup.
Do you have 23t single cog? Many brompton user wants 11-13-17-21t or 11-13-17-23t

Hi there - have you tested, and experiemented with this 5-speed setup + a BWR to give it an incredible 400%+ gear range?
we have #X4unibodycogset to provide 4 speed 11-13-17-21t range. Brand name MiniMODs ... on BWR hub is quite OK

I don't understand, what do u mean by 1/2 touching cog?
a nut on tensioner will touch the biggsst cog ... that need to address to solve the noise issue.

Are you using 11 speeds chain?
its the stock chain came with P line .. yes I believe its 11 speed one
