    The Knicks have done well to get 2 games against the Pacers tbh.
    The Pacers are tough and nobody wants to give them any credit. But they have beaten top teams all year long.

      I agree that the Pacers are a tough team, but I don't feel they are at the point of making runs to the ECF. They are still extremely young (but talented and durable). The issue with the Knicks is that they are an absolute corpse of a team right now. The only players that aren't injured and out/ playing through the injury are 4 out of the 11 potential rotation players. Any team will fall apart if that's the case. The Pacers got lucky in this playoff, which will quickly and abruptly end once they face the Celtics.

    • @julianfoddrell9370
      @julianfoddrell9370 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I knew come playoff time pacers were going go play well. Pacers didn't have issues against good teams but they did against mediocre teams. As long as they didn't have celtics in semi-finals I knew they had a chance at ECF. Everybody talks about injuries but if pacers had mathurin. They would be hard to beat in a 7 game series for anyone.

    Pacers are a good team. Julius Randle, - Allstar, Mitchell Robinson - pre ankle injury, one of the best offensive rebounders in the league, serious shot blocker and cleaning up around the rim. OG - the 2nd most important player on the team - minus Julius - defensive problem for every team. Bojan Bogdanovic - rotation sniper. Brunson - hurt. The Knicks had a tremendous year, in spite of all of the above. Great group, great character, however this series ends, this season was a success. Thibs has no choice point, has to play who is available and capable.

They are playing with house money and Jalen Brunson is only 27 years old. Their oldest players that will be on the team next season is Julius Randle and Josh Hart if they don't keep Bogi. They probably have at least another good 3-4 years left in them. How are they exactly wasting player prime years when Brunson is surrounded by players like Donte, Og , Mitchell Robinson and even Duece? Prime years are wasted when you don't put good players around your star players. Very interesting opinion but I respect it 🤣🤣🤣

For the Pacers they know all the players in the league are good and backups are professionals too. They can only focus on their mission and play the team in front of them. Wait a minute. Score in Game 3 was tied when Nemhard hit the game-clinching three. So not at all guaranteed Knicks win if Andrew misses that shot. Likely we go into overtime, and Knicks are already fading in the fourth, which allowed Pacers to rally and put themselves in a position to win. In overtime, we can expect the extra five minutes to favor the fresher Pacers over the exhausted, depleted Knicks.

    i think we can safely say the Pacers have no shot at game-5 whatsoever. there are reasons for this, mainly because they do disappearing acts just out of the blue regularly. on paper, they should beat the knicks due to injuries to New York.,,,, but this venue, MSG, is a house of horrors for the Pacers, coupled with the fact that they fold the tents when the pressure is on, take for example game 5 at Milwaukee where the Bucks were completely depleted at FISERV Forum, NO DAME, NO GIANNIS, and others gimpy. They laid the biggest egg ever witnessed at FISERV.... their (pacers) bench had like 6 points total (if even that), the entire team couldn't hit the back side of a barn. totally embarrassing. Couldn't hit 3's, couldn't hit 2's, couldn't do Diddly Squat..... Knicks will be 3-2 by 10:30pm tonight EDT Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Stop praising Leon Rose when he only put 1 shot creator on the whole roster, that tells you he doesn’t know how to construct a roster that makes sense. Shot creation is the #1 skillset for any Guard or Wing in today’s NBA Game. The game of Basketball requires initiators, always has & always will. You can’t have only 1 initiator on the whole roster that plays from the perimeter. That’s way too much on Brunson who is more of an SG in a PG’s body than a PG or playmaker. #2 Thibs is still Thibs! All those regular season games going 100mph & playing his starters 38-40 minutes is backfiring.
