I think that top number 6 should be to call customer service and have the machine serial number and schematics on hand before you call. 😉 everyone loves showing off their skills but in manufacturing time is money and the folks that design machines know how they operate. That’s the most important part of the troubleshooting process. If you don’t know what it’s supposed to do then you’ll waiste a lot of time figuring things out .
No1 - done that - forgot the jumpers. (easy fix though). No2 - done that, yes the wire fell out -reminder to self - if your not going to tighten it for some reason, don't put it in the hole. Always best to give the wire a test pull after tightening No3 - No not actually done that, instead I just broke the fuseholder and it was big and expensive (but made of thin plastic :( No4 - Yeah done that several times, generally its caught when checking. The lack of consistency in naming and positioning them on the drawing is often to blame. (oh - and me). No5 - Yeah the drawings are often wrong and I tend to spend a lot of time checking and correcting them. Such is life.
Why does the set of ground TB's have 4 out of 6 jumpered? Shouldn't all of them or none be jupered ( none because they're tied together via the DIN rail)
I want to shift my TP&N box without changing the wire which connectors or equipment should I used to increase the wire upto new location of TP&N box so that my all equipment like AC geyser etc can work without sparking or burn at wire joint
RSP Supply yes it is a very polished video production but you don't demonstrate anything . You don't demonstrate the product how to attach the wires what are specific do dad's in the background panel well you did show the fuse in one of them
I understand. This video is not about wiring but the most common mistakes made when wiring. This video is geared to someone in the field with experience wiring. We have other videos that demonstrate how to wire like "How to wire a relay" at this link th-cam.com/users/edit?o=U&video_id=j2xRM1EohpA and we will be offering more videos on wiring. With our Control Panel Build Series when we get to wiring, there will be very detailed explanation of wiring. Hope you will keep watching and let us know what you think. Thanks!
RSP Supply yes I don't have any electrical experience . That's why I don't find this useful. You are welcomed to erase my comments so you can continue to target your intended audience of which I'm not
