In today's video I share 3 of my favourite "fresh combos" i'm using in my bootcamps right now. These are fun different exercise to challenge your clients with. STOP DOING THE SAME BORING EXERCISES AND DRILLS!
Combo 1: Wide Plank / Wide Push-Ups
Combo 2: Freestyle Squat Jumps / Wall Squats
Combo 3: Breakdancing Arm Blast! / Plank Hold
