In Position Velocity Graph, at last you wrote:
u+v×v-u/2a
In u+v×v-u= v²
2as=v²
And then this is not correct derivation.
Correction:
Instead, there would be:
s=(u+v)t/2
s=(u+v)(u-v)/2a
2as=v²-u²
You missed bracket
