Thank you so much. I’m playing with Mods and any population mod either doesn’t work at all or conflicts with others and therefore doesn’t work. But this is fantastic!
Worth mentioning that patch 2.8 also made the PopulationCount tech effect and modify proto unit trigger no longer bound to a min of 1. You could use either a tech effect or modify protounit to set pop for 1+ units equal to 0. Altho that would change the game a bit b/c it would mean no houses are needed to support that unit.

The population limit killed the game for me by comparison to other RTS games.
Agree, I wish we can edit the same in campaigns. I mean, 200 is very less.

Editing the config file you still need to build houses and TC right?
So it doesn't do much... unless we can also raise the cap on houses.
You can adjust the house build limit and pop addition by using a trigger: ModifyProtoUnit
How about the Tower and Fortress/Migdol/Hill Fort etc limit? Can you help me find the file for that? Thanks

Does the popcap editor also Works on Vanilla? I'm using only the classic AOM editor, and the limit is still 300
I'm afraid not, sorry. For The Titans, however, there are a few workarounds.

Selecting them for command? Yeah, that's a feature introduced by the Extended Edition.
Can you do it not using the editor.
