This is a song I always wanted to learn but felt to complicated, and your arrangement is great!! I would love if you did Against All Odds by Phil Collins thanks for the great video
This is one of my favorite when I was a kid, and used to play this on guitar...it's good to hear this from you...thank you for sharing this with us...lots of memories from the past...I'm glad that I found your channel...keep going please...I'm so inspired by you...God bless you always...❤❤❤😎
This is just the tuition i need to help me with my left hand independence. love the way you explain and break down the timing. My theory and doing have become less stressful. Brilliant.
Im so impressed with your ability to make a new tutorial every week. Each tutorial is packed to the brim with so much knowledge and details. You are a wonderful piano teacher. I believe you have found your calling in life. You are well suited for it
Thanks so much! Sad to say though, this will be the first week in a while that I miss...I was in on vacation in mexico and couldnt quite bank enough to make it through. New one out next weekend!
Hello Nate. Always had a soft spot for England Dan/John Ford Coley's song " I'd Really Love to See You Tonight". Maybe Boz Skaggs " We're All Alone"? No lessons on these beauties anywhere.
Nate, thank you so much for making this great lesson available to everyone who loves piano as much as you do. Could you please look into doing "Your Song" by Elton John. I would love to play it for my wife on our 20th anniversary! Thank you again for everything!
@PianowithNate thanks. No pressure or rush! Also, Rocket Man is great as well. I'm not sure which would be easier or more doable, but both are great as well.
I agree that Elton John songs are wonderful but definitely complex and I imagine they can be difficult to make a tutorial that is accessible to all skill levels. You do a great job of dissecting songs into approachable chunks that can be played by people with varying skill levels
Amazing lesson Nate ,thanks! Can you please consider a lesson on 'Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues' sometime :) Really enjoy you're lessons. Thanks again.
Great video, but pretty tough for me. I found it very difficult to sing and play this one, something to do with the rhythms. I even recorded my playing and sang over that :) thanks again Nate!
I hear you! This one is a doozy. You may find that if over time you keep drilling that rhythm, at a certain point it "clicks" with your muscle memory and you can play it on "autopilot"... at that point the singing becomes easier!
Is there anyway at all to request a specific song or anything? If not that’s ok! Also overall great videos, easy to follow along to! Especially for a beginner like me, I have tried to read sheet music before and I understand it, but I have yet to get used to complex finger movements and timing, so thanks!
@@PianowithNate oh ok, if it’s ok I got two but if you just so happen to cover it, only one goes. They’re songs by the same band, King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard. The first is a bit of a longer one and idk how it would be translating to piano, but it’s called Head On/Pill. And for the second if that one is too long, the second song is Shanghai
I really like Elton John but didn't know all his songs, and wasn't familiar with this one. The funny part: I'm Daniel, moved to Spain recently and travel a lot with planes, and love Spain 😀 since this song is almost about me, I'll have to learn it 😀
Very nice tutorial. Elton John is such a great study in pop piano / rock piano, you could probably never do enough EJ songs. It would be awesome if you could do tutorials on Burn Down the Mission and Amoreena. These are great, under appreciated songs songs that combine elements of rock, country, and blues. There virtually no tutorials on these songs on TH-cam.
@@PianowithNate That is wonderful news. I can play "Woman" now fairly well. I may make an error sometimes but I play it well enough to entertain myself. Thank you for teaching me everything I know. You are an exemplary instructor. Your tutorials are so easy to follow and well thought out
Hello Nate. Thank you for all your videos. They have the great didactic efficacy that I haven’t found anywhere. I am an old guy trying to learn piano and I have learnt so much with you. Could you please look into Al Stewart’s Year of the cat? I have always loved the piano riff on that song and would love to get a crack at it with your help 😊. Thank you again

Just such a great tutorial. You are taking me way above my pay grade. It will take a while to get this performable, but oh when I get there! Thank you
Awesome!! Just take it slow, you'll get there :)

Love this song!! Thanks Nate! At some point in the future if you could do a tutorial of Yellow Brick Road by Elton John, that would be amazing!
Great suggestion!
Hey Nate. I'd love it if you can show us how to play Benny and the Jets by Elton John ❤️

I don't know how I missed this one. Great tutorial. Would you consider Rocketman
Glad ya found it! I would definitely consider Rocketman. There's a few Elton tutorials I hope to get to...they are all BIG projects though

Ha! It's like it's your song! Elton has SO many songs, I feel like I dont know most of them as well...lots to explore
For next one, Radiohead - Fake plastic Trees please, Thanks for the tutorials, Nate 🌱
Love that song...
Please do a tutorial for “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road”

Thanks! How about “Riders on the Storm” by The Doors?
Another great tutorial thank you for all your hard work, you are an inspiration. Any chance of doing ''Into my arms'' by Nick Cave?
Thanks for the kind words! Yes, I am definitely considering that one :)
Hi Nate, i think we have the same taste in music 😄
😎
Hi sir, new subscriber here, can you please make a " Señorita" piano tutorial?? Thank u and God bless 🙏
How about "Watching The Wheels" or "Jealous.Guy" by John Lennon. You did an amazing job on "Woman"
Both on my list! Will probably shoot one of them in the next week
