@@AdamMark I found a gopro 9 black on sale for only $399 and had to pounce on it. It has the functions of a camera that would cost well over a thousand dollars.
Hey Adam Mark. Just to let you and your viewers know. The cottage has been saved, it was by bought by a local couple who are doing DIY on it. All the overgrowth has gone . The owners let my brother and father have a look inside.
Something is very odd about that place. Even if someone had just walked out 6 months ago you would expect to see more dust or actually you would expect to see some dust but it looked like so much and that house had no dust at all.
That place was beautiful! I could live there in a heartbeat! Someone on here said it's been bought & renovated It'd be great if you could go back & see it now
This has got to be the most clean and predestine house I have seen you feature so far. I agree with Dale's statement, how the house is on the moldy side but at the same time is fresh, like clean. And to me it appears that someone has been going in and giving everything a dust. Plus they were in the process of wrapping up art work but left off for some reason. Very happy to hear from gazncl's post that the cottage has new owners! Did anyone else get the impression it was only used on weekends, or like holidays? Great video Adam!
I know where this cottage is. I was only there this morning showing my brother as we have a holiday home near by , I didn't realise the back was open. I had spoken to the local pub landlord last summer and he said, best to his knowledge, it was owned by a lady who used it as a country retreat. Apparently on one of her last visits she left and never returned. It has been on the market a few times but the buyers keep pulling out.
Gazza, How far from town is it? If you know the name of the owner I'd be interested in possibly making an offer. Or if you could let me know the "pub" I could contact them. Rick
That is a beautiful place! It's not that uncommon for older people to have double beds pushed together. That way they can still sleep with each other yet not disturb their spouse. I can totally see the graves being there given the age of the property. What an awesome explorer!
I really enjoy your videos and your demeanor while you're going through them. You keep it family-friendly, too and that's important. Thanks for another great explore
*I've watched some of your videos where the location is very creepy and dark. But this place is light and I sense no dark energies there at all. Great atmosphere.*
Makes you wonder how these homes are just abandoned with everything. Don't they have some kind of family that would intervene? I wish that all the houses that were abandoned could be restored and turned into proper time capsules. Some of the items left behind are so old. I sure hate to see all the old beautiful furniture just rot away. Adam I love the way you revere the places you go. The respect you, Lisa and your other peeps show is just outstanding.
This place gives me a bit of a guest house vibes with the beds and en suits, not a massive deal of personal items like clothes, documents, photographs etc. Absolutely stunning area, hopefully this house gets rescued someday.
What a beautiful home, would love to live there, gorgeous location, this could easily be saved and done up, nice find Adam, so glad it's been untouched and left alone, definately worth the drive there, beautiful neat home, would love to have seen it when people were living there. Thank you for sharing the video, loved it.
What a lovely place. I get the feeling it was a holiday let! Every room was white, single beds that can be made into doubles, no personal belongings! Shame it’s just been left 😢
I agree. New electrics. Plain walls. Easy clean wood floors. Staircase is new wood. Definitely done up as a holiday let, but maybe didn't get used. Hence en suites and single beds, as you say.
Well, I agree, no TV it seemed like a holiday house for sure, it just lacked items for full-time residency and its location near the stream and the views. Great work Adam I enjoyed this one for sure, Cheers!!!!
Thank you for this great place and the view is wonderful. Wouldn't mind living in this wonderful place, just enough room. Love it and all of you, be safe and careful.

I bet this was a summer home for a fairly wealthy couple.. everything is still so beautiful and I bet there are lots of fish in that river! An awesome explorer Adam!

This is the cleanest house you have been in to date Adam, no graffiti and no one gone in to trash the place. When they find out about it then they will come in and ruin it and that upsets me big style. Shame bout the damp or you could of lived in there. Damp on the outside walls could mean that the guttering could be clogged up with moss and leaves as our bungalow was going through the same thing until my husband cleared the moss and leaves up an cleared them.
Hey Adam this was so beautiful, i know there was mould be thankfully no graffiti or trashing, F.C.Lewis was an english etcher, aquatint and stipple engraver plus a landscape and portrait painter, he was born in london in 1779 and died in enfield in 1856, i think you were thinking of C.S.Lewis who did chronicles of narnia, good explore everything was immaculate and still dust free i wonder if thats where my cleaning fairy went lol, massive shout out to lisa, and until next time keep safe x

That place was loved. The neutral colors though out make it so bright and cheerful. I see pa with his pipe and ma knitting by the fireplace. Would love to restore it.
Sometimes I have dreams of being in empty homes is why I was drawn to your videos. Maybe because, as kids, we did some exploring ourselves. There was an abandoned, gold coast mansion on Long Island, New York where I grew up. Some other kids had broken all the tiles in the solarium before we found the mansion. The tiles were probably imported Italian. Sad.
Very nice house in the middle of no where which is absolutely amazing! Seems there was living people with style and taste. I love it! Thanks Adam amazing job.....!
Beautiful home. Somehow I think this home is still looked after by someone. It’s too clean for it to be totally abandoned. Polyconomy was a game that came with World Book encyclopaedias in the 70’s. I remember playing it after our parents bought the encyclopaedia around’76/ “77.
It looks like a holiday cottage. Maybe like a national trust place. They often put two single beds together. The style of the house is beautiful and I also love meatloaf.😄
Hi Adam hope no sheep got hurt during this video. This house is a time capsule looked quite tidy place, considering the decay setting in,l can never get my head Why its just left abandoned, lovely location and thanks for sharing,
Absolutely they did not. They eventually turned into there field we were laughing because we were driving at 2pm for so long and nothing else we could do. It really was a stunning house thanks for watching
The green liquid in the decanter on the mantlepiece looks to be creame de minte, used a lot to add to afternoon tea or early evening coffee. This place seems to be a weekend getaway property since only minimal cooking seems to have taken place. Not a primary home. Perhaps a secondary place to come to hunt and fish; perhaps even rented to people who wanted to get away and hunt/fish. The wooden single beds in the second bedroom that were pushed together actually can be stacked to form a bunkbed. The double beds really indicate a secondary property either rented or used for weekend hunting and fishing. Beautiful home.
What a beautiful house, I'd love it 😍 I'm surprised it's only 2 bedrooms cuz it looks a substantial house from the outside, though they are huge rooms. I'd move in tomorrow given the chance.
I was at our holiday caravan again last week, and decided to walk to this house with a friend for another look. However the house has been secured now so you can't get in, so it must still belong to someone.
I’m the early 70s king size beds were made like this. Should be a latch at the foot of the bed to lock them together. And unlock and swing apart to change the sheets and make the beds. My mother had one like this in the u.s.
Thankyou for doing what you otherwise theses places be lost in time and be forgotton .it would of looked so beautiful in its hey day ,with lot land I imagine sit in the garden on a summers day listen to the stream flowing ,and keep couple horses and few sheep my idea of little peace of heaven .I so want that kettle I been try get hold of one of them I gladly give it a good home such waste sit there go back and get it for me lol could imagine on cold night sit by that fire happy days ,what a real gem you have found stay safe 🙏

Mark should tell the council about it so it can be secured

Something is very odd about that place. Even if someone had just walked out 6 months ago you would expect to see more dust or actually you would expect to see some dust but it looked like so much and that house had no dust at all.
Agreed much to clean
Undoubtedly, someone had obviously been in and done some cleaning. Otherwise it would have been festooned with cobwebs apart from anything else
If the roof is good and the flashing and seals are good, the house will stay nice.

Now that fire place is absolutely amazing love it
Another great explore my friend i don't no how you find all the hidden gems but lovely house i could live there so peaceful take care my friend x
Wow ang Ganda naman ng bahay ,
I’m the early 70s king size beds were made like this. Should be a latch at the foot of the bed to lock them together. And unlock and swing apart to change the sheets and make the beds. My mother had one like this in the u.s.

@@AdamMark Thanks for the reply, I will check it out
What a lovely house. I liked the original shutters at the windows.
I still can't believe that there are so many properties vacant in the UK like that. This one had several toilets.
Mostly beautiful furniture and lamps.. Love the skylight in the bathroom..and the main entrance of the house..I would live in the countryside only for vacations.
Why is it in every abandoned house there’s always something left in the toilet, it baffles me, lol. Brilliant find, amazing house. Love your videos.
Great vid. Beautiful to look at. To clean to be abandoned for years but love all your vids they take a lot of work
I think it looks cleaner because of the enhanced go pro footage. I'm working on getting a new camera so can see all the dust etc. Thanks for watching
@@AdamMark awesome work . Always a loyal fan!
