You can hit way harder than this 380+
I use pretty much the exact same setup with the exception of the gloves. There is a set of gloves that you can craft that has a fraction less armor, but it has the plus 2% damage against melee foes and an extra 16% overall damage with one handed weapons. This smashes your one handed up even higher. Well worth the few less armor points.

I was killing and 1 shotting 25/30s at lvl 15 with a staff and eternal acid bile lol. Magics the way to go lol.
Also the Helix wand (shroud damage) puts boot to ass on a lot of the enemies lol.

The helmet, chest, gloves and pants all I see is only common rarity, is there legendary rarity for that gears?
Nah man, even the highest level stuff only looks common. The rarity only matters for weapons as they can be upgraded, whereas the armour cannot
Hey, I am aso playing Meele since the beginning and do not understand why people say Meele is not good. I aso find that Meele is in Early-Mid and Endgame very op. I am actually playing pure Meele with 1H and Shield and i am lvl 24 but not in the endgame monsters are lvl 20 atm i do 800+ dps per second with normal gear and can tank everythink i am very good at blocking and dodging even against the fast enemys and Schockwave is very nice. I try later at the endgame aso pure Meele with maybe 2-3 points in Mana and just use Magic spells for flying creatures and get my Mana up with Meele dps but i aso will try put some more points in to magic.
Btw. i aso recommend you trying the teleport perk because you can get free of stuns and can alot easier dodging. Most of the time i just block and then hit 3-4 times but for some situations teleport is really good especially in bossfights.
Edit: And you aso should try the faster attack speed Warrior perk. This give you ALOT more dmg and this makes it possible to hit and block the very fast green enemys without problems if you know how much time you have for attack and block and with enough skill you can fight against 3 of them on higher lvls without taking damage in Meele combat this is more challanging and fun to play then other builds.
My mate who is playing a mage 1 or 2 shots bosses. I have every point of strength I can get, the damage to 1H and attack speed, using the late game set for damage, using buffs and I take 4-5 of my 3 hot combos with my level 25, fully upgraded legendary sword to take down a normal enemy. The melee in this game is trash compared to magic. Even the wands do far more damage and far less enemies have any sort of magic resistance compared to a physical one. Melee definitely needs a buff. I also have to take at least 3-4 1H swords if I am going into combat as they break too easily against tough enemies, again, these are legendary weapons of the highest level.
@@matt1700 The Mage can kill bosses way faster but that that doesn't mean that Meele is weak Meele is still very strong and it's not all about Strength points aso Block perks is important this not only give more tank power, with this you can aso do more damage. You can do at the endgame like 1500 dps+ per second to multiple enemies and you can hit 5 enemies at the same time in meele combat and that means faster clearing normal enemies compared to magic. The Important thing is that you need skill compared to magic because of the timing thing and some movement attack tricks and a bit dodging skills. With Magic you just spam click your left Mouse button and jump around. But again i think overall the magican is better then Meele but both are OP. The class who really needs a buff is range because range do really low dmg and is really boring to play and takes to much stamina
@rendellz9244 have you even played mage? I have played both endgame, and if you think that mage can't hit multiple enemies then you're tripping. A fireball (which does aoe damage) that takes half a second to charge does close to 2k damage, they don't even have a chance to get close to hit me. I still have a shield for parries and the wand does way more damage than anything my fighter had. Dealing with any flying threat was an arduous task with the fighter as the bow is so weak compared to the spells as well. I don't know why you're worried about spells being single target when fireball, shroud meteor, chain lightning, acid spray and whatnot are all spells that hit multiple enemies, from close or from ranged. Not to mention the mages abilities allow crits to stun and deal lightning damage in addition, but that also applies to wand usage. I was a fighter from the start of the game until just today when I switched, and it's already much more powerful
@@matt1700 ahhh yes alright you won i forget that we have fireballs in Enshrouded i don't know how i forgot that but i just remember that German endgame mage build video 2 days ago with gameplay he just used his wand and said spells you only need Acid and for very strong enemy's Meteor. But yes with fireballs this changes everything. Aso planning switchen to mage later i have unlocked eternal acid, healing and fireball but need the materials first. I think we can compare the classes with the Gothic Series 1H was a good option 2H was meh and Magic was completly broken. Being that overpowered and spam spells and destroy them with cool effects can be really fun for a long time but i remember i quittet my last Gothic 3 run while i was lvl 58 because i was to strong. Was my second or third run as mage then it became get boring. Today the water healing aura was getting nerfed so i think i save the points and just use the healing spells this should be enough.
@rendellz9244 I really want them to buff melee, I loved playing as a fighter, but in endgame it was too weak. We need a way to use the grapple to pull down and stun flying enemies too. They're hard to deal with

How is this a paladin if you use mostly wizard skills and a staff?
Your build is ok, but not balanced. I would recommend specking into specific class primarily, because your primary stats are all over the place. For example, I'm playing mage right now because its OP and with intelligence food your INT goes up to 20 and with a better staff than the shepard staff you have right now my Damage on level 30 mods are between 800 and 1500 so the 200 DPS your getting right now is pretty weak and Bro what is up with your skill tree 😅 your skipping some of the most important nodes on the tree. The game scales damage of off your primary stat, so I'd suggest if your a mage focus on INT and spec in the trickster, mage, healer and battlemage trees.
Just some helpful criticism, but your builds pretty bad.
Spells are so op acid bite two shots lvl30 minni bosses with ~10 int, so i'd rather have high hp and the ability to shred mobs up close than boost spell damage even more.
How do You block while attacking??? I have tu choose between attacking and blocking all the time
The shield I am using is high on perry. It makes it easier

@@Erik1495 but the most important perk for that is the faster attack speed perk which he doesn't use it in this build and i don't know why. It aso gives you more dmg. You can aso playing much more aggressive like in this Video you just need to know your enemy.

a paladin using staff and wands u should called it a magic knight instead
idk why he is using paladin armor since warden set + soldier set gives much better combined bonuses for melee oriented spec, not even mentioning that if u get ring of rapacity u dont even need to upgrade spirit since u will have unlimited mana, im running my own paladin build with passive healing sturdiness and balanced dmg i have 20 constitution 15 strength and 15 intelligence ( with food) ,using magic melee weapons with staff, he does not even use blink one of the best defensive spells in game, another thing since you are running mainly melee oriented build and using critical chance weapons procs idk why u aint running battle heal for sustains which u lacking, lack of too many skill points before doing build

i dont get how people think that melee sucks in enshrouded :/ i literally killed wispwyvern,monstrocity and the scythwraith (whatever the name) using my trusty one hand sword ^^ (well i did use an arrow to stun the wispwyvern but still) the only problem i have in this game are the matron's poison dmg :(
THIS! Poison is definitely a problem for melee, but the literal Hulk SMASH with that double jump makes up for it in pure melee joy.
