/* ---- VIDEO INFORMATION ---- */
Welcome to the Heavy Spoilers show I'm your host Paul and this video we're breaking down From Season 2. That final scene blew my mind when I first saw it and all in all we have a lot to talk about. Throughout this video we're gonna be breaking it all down, going over our theories and also what we thinks going on. Not even gonna ask you for the thumbs up I wanna just go straight into that scene and talk about exactly what it means for the future.
In it we see Tabitha waking up in hospital and she's finally managed to make it back to the outside world. Realising she's free shes suddenly with the horror that her families still trapped there and she can't simply get back. Why this is so terrifying is that I doubt anyones gonna believe her stories and there's no way to actually get back to the town through conventional means.
Now though the ending gives us a lot of questions it actually at least gives us an answer and debunks a major theory. Throughout the last two seasons many have suspected that the characters in the show are in fact dead. However that clearly isn't the case as we have her waking up. So scrap your theories times, this isn't simply purgatory and there are actually some clues about what could be going on here.

Jesus where do you find time 🤕 thought I was the only one that watches this lol
What are you talking about with Victor's mom victor said in the episode he found his mother's body she never made it into the tree so she's dead she didn't make it out like Tabitha.
If you are hooked on this try "Silo" ..its epic
I’m not sure if you’ve heard the theory about the number 47. It was on the radio in the RV and can be found in other places as well, such as the numbers 1931 and 1978 on the lighthouse stairs are 47 years apart. 1978 is believed to be the year of Victors massacre and if you add 47 to 1978 you get 2025. So there may be another massacre on that year giving us around 2 more seasons. 🤔
They need to destroy lighghouse or extinguish lighthouE fire to stop spell.
The ghost kids keep pushing over blocks that could represent ljghthouse.
I really like the show but there's one thing that bugs me that a lot of shows/movies like this do. The characters dont pool their information. Even if it didnt go anywhere, why would they keep some of these things to themselves. With all the weird stuff going on you'd think they hold a big meeting with everyone in the town and just pool every scrap of info to try and figure out a pattern.
Yes, this drives me crazy too! They have the boards in the "sheriff's" office so it's looks like they did at one point.
Agreed 100%. Why hasn't everyone learned from the knowledge of Victor being there for 50-11 years and pooled resources.
this series is absolute bs what else do u expect , everything is illogical even the creators
It's infuriating. They're keeping relevant details to themselves to the detriment of the group. But i guess that's no way to stretch things out to 10 episodes each season.
This is EXACTLY what I've been thinking while watching the show. It is maddening.
My fear is that even the writers have no idea where this is going, and it will end up being very disappointing.
Like LOST
This is my thinking as well
@@docblaqone of the producers of From is also the producer of Lost, so sadly it is not far from happening.
@@docblaq lost issue was the writers strike not necessarily that they didn’t know where it was going. But ironically there is another writers strike so there is a possibility that the same thing might happen with From
First off, the nature of shows is that can be cancelled at anytime. So writers need to give themselves an out. Sometimes actor quit. Then a rework is needed, but there is usually an intended destination. Just a few bumps and detours to get there.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with Lost. It's just long so it's hard to piece together. Trying to remember details across five years. Come on, no one can do that. It needs to be binged watched.
I will also add, I don't care how something ends. It will never live up to the mystery.
So enjoy the ride or don't. Its up to you. Myself, I'm having a blast nerding out on TH-cam comment section and tossing out my would guesses for something that hasn't been fully flushed out. So the journey is fun.
Victor's sister caught up to their mother, mother died, but forced Eloise into the tree. She got out, told people, but as a child, no one believed her and it won't be until Tabby searches and finds her, and she sees the lunchbox. This is what Tabbys story will be in 3. My prediction.
Tabby will join Eloise in the mental hospital. But yea that makes sense.
Exactly. And that's also proof against the 2 theories posed in this video. Lol
Fromland is a physical place.
Not a dream or simulation.
Nor purgatory, nor gov experiment.
Seemingly the only options are extradimentional place with powerful entity, or an extradimentional spacial entity.
Fromland is an entity, providing electricity yet preventing connection between the town and tunnels, providing livestock and seed, technologies that seem to update, a mobile entrance that hunts specific humans.
I think this is spot on
Right definitely
@@terrelldavis2369I don’t see them meeting at a mental hospital but somewhere in that town.
Correction: Victor mentioned that he found his mother's body before making it to the bottle tree. His sister on the other hand may still be alive and she may have escaped.
Yeah I talked about this with the body being found on the off chance that the bodies remain behind when their consciousness transcends into the real world
Tabatha also had his lunch box, she will clearly meet his sister in the real world and she will recognize the box. @@heavyspoilers
What if Tabitha is Eloise?
@@sanyanarwade8910She isn't because she would have noticed Victor as his brother and vice versa. Remember victor shared his childhood story to Tabitha
Yup
I think Victor's mom sacrificed herself so that her daughter could reach the lighthouse to get out.
Tabitha will meet her outside and she will help Tabitha get back
Using that theory would imply that Byod's wife is really dead since she was killed by Byod
@@franklinowen3074 yup she is deado
@franklinowen3074 nit she dead and that's an anxious so why does what they said have anything to do with Boyd's wife abby being dead?
The sister can’t even get back how she going to help someone else get back 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
it could be that Tabitha is Victor's long lost sister..
What if the tree in the road was a faraway tree that got cut down and its magic is being spilled out into the vicinity. Taking anyone that drives up next to it to the town.
Oooo this one is good
Everyone is taken throughout America. Someone from CA might be close to the tree, but Noone from NY
@@davidanderson2567maybe the tree is somehow taking itself to many different locations across the country. If people can travel to different places through the tree then why not the tree itself? And hence the spilling of magic etc leading people to the trees original place…
That could be but remember someone saying that they were screwed miles before the tree?
@@anekrepousi that’s really interesting, Victor even talked about the trees moving
The show needs to give the audience a couple of concrete answers/concrete plot points that advance the show yet maintain the mystery.
Glad you like it, Paul!
I'm still confused
I wholeheartedly agree. Instead of answering questions or end plot lines, it gets more confusing. No resolution with the radio tower thing, no answer for the wires that connect to nothing, no answer to the wormy things in Boyd's arm, no answer to Sarah and her issues, no answer to the "symbol" that Jade is so obsessed with and on and on!
@@mattwong285 Then you must avoid "Silo". It's worse - and only, really, has one "mystery". But so much worse.
Just an FYI.
I *think* I know what's up in "From" but that's not the same, is it? That's just me. I could be wrong. We need a couple small anchors.
@@mattgilbert7347Silo is much better man. I dropped ‘from’ at season 2 episode 2 when I saw that this show surfs on hype and doesn’t have anything to offer. Just more and more questions whose answers, if ever revealed, would most likely not live up to the hype. Silo, also very secretive, does give some answers, although still leaves major plot points for future seasons. I wanted more from the finale, but I was satisfied. ‘From’ is just a repetition of the same plot points over and over and over. So annoying. At least in Silo, the story is progressing and going somewhere, however slowly.
@@mattgilbert7347 Silo doesn’t confuse us with ridiculous, unexplainable stuff. There’s clearly more than one secret. Jules, Holston, George knew they were being watched & listened to. They found out about the birth control devices, how only some are allowed to have children, that IT has been manipulating everyone, Bernard is clearly in contact with someone on the outside his No.18 keychain keeps flashing & is not the actual guy in charge, Jules discovering that the display on their suit visors are fake & the world outside is in ruins, but to what extent? Also Walk had something to do with Jules suit, hence her trip to Supply’s head. They modified her suit somehow allowing her to survive the outside. Bernard thought Jules would go down “just like clockwork” hinting that the cleaners are not meant to survive beyond that tree on the hill. I can’t wait for S2.
Has anyone noticed Ethan is slowly turning into Victor? Suffering from depression, tantrums, drawing with crayons & covering his ears.
Yea now he just needs to spend the next 40 years by himself in the town…
Yep plus his mother wanting to help the "kids" and disappearing, they both seem to have low key autistic characteristics
@@pooloftim8263Fromville is working on it. We are watching the start of a new cycle. However, this is the start of something new. Victor's childhood group got taken out by the melody monster. Uncharted territory.
@@Nunya_Biznes Victor isn’t “low key” autistic, he’s as autistic as you can be.
@@Nunya_Biznes wow! I didn't notice this until now thanks for sharing!
Tabitha will find Victor's sister because of the lunchbox... the sister might be trapped in this dimension as well.. they will return together
I agree - I think that if you die in Fromville you're really dead, so I don't think we'll be reuniting Victor with his mom. A reunion with his sister would be great though! The scene where he sees her drawings again and breaks down was devastating to me!
She pbly works in the hospital
Tabbi is the sister
@jaquanbynum6024 no way you really think she wouldn't notice her own brother vice versa between looks talking about old stories and all the other possibilities...bo way she is his sister...
@@jaquanbynum6024 makes zero sense.
Finally this show gets some recognition. It's the best horror/mistery tv show i've ever seen.
It's good but if it's the best horror/mystery you've seen then you may need to watch some more lmaoooo!
@@Lucieykrecommend some..I'm new to this type of series
Yes
Pls suggest some good horror thrillers..
Season 1 was ass butter the first ep was the only good one
If anyone ia afraid that this show might be cancelled, dont worry because the producers of this show said that they wont make the same mistake "Lost" did, where some mysteries ended in disappointing reveals or were never answered at all. So please support and watch this show because its underrated.
Good news!! But lost was the best show ever and for me all the mysteries were answered.
that means nothing lol
@@johnSmith-lx9nw wdym?? I just said that this show is not getting cancelled, because people will not watch it if they know that its getting cancelled in the future but the producers confirmed that they will finish it
@@jhon5150 there have been many other shows where the producers have said they have full scripts done for many seasons and still there shows get cancelled. There is never any certainty until the show itself is actually finished.
the show is confirmed
I think Eloise (Victors sister) will be a nurse or receptionist at the hospital Tabitha woke up in, shes going to ask Tabitha where she got that lunchbox From and then them 2 will find a way back to town and try to save everyone.
Was this episode the finale?
@@cleoo527 yes, seasons 1 and 2 have 10 episodes a piece. Hopefully season 3 comes fast, I need it. Lol
I think she is a psych ward patient. She may not be at the hospital, but at a facility to which she was transferred.
Damn it's crazy I have thought the exact thing. It's scary how minds think alike. Because every doctor will believe Tabitha is crazy, until Victor's sister a future doctor questions the "Lunchbox "
She left the box behind. If you rewatch she left it in the tower.
The fact that the "Abby" that Boyde found in the dungeon was wearing a red shirt underneath a white jacket can symbolize her actually being the evil entity (red figures drawing in the cave, malevolent) disguised as a Abby (white figures drawing, mortal beings)
I think the 2 white figures in the cave is Tabitha and victors sister. Symbolizing the 2 people that were able to escape.
She definitely was a manifestation of that spirit/entity that Boyde freed, trying to prevent him from banishing him/stopping the curse by destroying the music box
@@Monyt1990She was wearing a gray shirt when she died, it's in this video😂.
The reason why this show is so fkn good is bcuz every time we get one answer, there are 10 more questions. Its the mystery. The puzzle. The unknowingly. Love the writers. Keep going
Jesus loves you He is Lord
I just hope they tie it all up in the end. But frankly, I'm not holding my breath. I think the writers are just making it up as they go along and, once the show dies down, they will slap on a rushed and unsatisfactory ending and call it a day.
If you like shows that only give you more questions instead of answers i tecommend you watching Attack on Titan. Basically a big mystery/ horro/ action show.
lol the writers are lost they don't have objective the information of each character dont even match up haha
Thank you for covering the show. It's fun to see others theorizing what's going on.
I binged season 1 and 2 in 2 days.. It's so good!
Me too
me 3
Me 4
Me too! Just finished it and waiting for 3 😭.
Albeit impatiently
Same
I just finished watching this! Loved it! Was a little sad that they killed the smiling guy, as he was the creepiest of all the monsters.
Might get to see him before / after he died / didn't die, as a normal dude being friendly lol
The smiling guy seems to be a representation of the ventriloquist’s dummy … imo.
Samee😂
Same! He was my favorite, his smile could really light up a room 😢
Nah the old lady in the window was creepiest 🪟👵🏼 I guess smiley guy was more intimidating though
Love the theory about the dog belonging to the walkers that found Tabitha. If the dog can move between the 2 worlds freely maybe Tabitha cant go back but she can use the dog like a messenger pigeon to get a message in?
Just wow for your thinking 😭😭
That's an good theory
The dog is Vincent. Lol
Well wasn't the dog around when Victor was a child? That would make the dog over 40 years old. I think the dog is another good entity like the boy with the white clothing
Didn't they say that the livestock just appear out in the forest? So maybe animals can just walk in and out?
Glad you are covering this show at last! Perfect show for theories and speculation.
The boy who pushed Tabitha looks like ethan.
And before pushing her he said "this is the only way". Maybe it means death is the only way to return to outside world.
So the others that were torn apart by the monsters you think they’re in the real world now?
@@Dee-wq4bl this is what I thought at first, but I think the lighthouse is like a portal, similar to how in the paranormal community it’s common for mirrors to be portals for spirits and demons,
@@Ah_Yote i see, im really waiting to see exactly how this place they are came to be & if they were specifically chosen or something to be there
@@Dee-wq4bl yeah people are assuming because of who the creator is and the ending of the season the end tire plot will turn to shambles cause the writers don’t know where it’s going, although right now we literally got more mysteries at the end of season 2 than we did at the start of season 2, with other mysteries solved,
But I think that’s what Tabitha will start trying to do by finding Eloise, and on the other end Boyd will continue to figure what the place is exactly, and Jim will go try to find tabitha and assume she got out through the tower or go through the tree and end up somewhere else,
No she didnt die tho
I think Tabitha is not the first. Victor's sister might have also made it out of the town. Victor's LUNCHBOX will be the way for Tabitha to reach Eloise. I will go out on a limb here to suggest that season 3 will alternate between two universes - Tabitha & Eloise on a quest to find a way back into the town vs Boyd and the gang figuring out at least some of the mysteries of the town. CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 3. HOPE FOR MORE EPISODES AND LONGER SEASON🤞
The question is did Tabitha really brought with her the lunchbox? Considering From is another dimension.
Exactly like lost. And it will be super dumb.
@@GothPaoki Actually, Lost wasn't bad. It just got stretched for 2 extra seasons, which spoiled the rhythm of the show. The 2007-08 writers' strike impacted Season 4 and lost its way, never to recover.
I think Eloise will not follow Tabitha in that miserable town.
@@TheCatler Of course. Eloise might not even get featured in the next season. I am merely speculating. It has been 2 seasons, but it's only 20 episodes. 20 hours is very little, and they have mostly used them to deepen the mysteries. We hardly have any data to make any informed predictions. I am just speculating.
I don't think Donna is a mole. I think she doesn't really want to go home though. I think something happened in the real world that she doesn't want to face. Tilly is definitely sus!
I don’t know why some people think that Donna is a mole. We saw her backstory in season one.
I bet Donna will gonna die somehow maybe sacrifice herself
@@christianrapperwe didn't "see" her backstory tho, she just explained it to tabitha
The whole drunk rant at the bar was just her not wanting to go home. She likes living there. She likes colony house. She has no family to go back to just like victor most likely.
@@TheCatler
I predict this as well. If Donna goes, things are going to fall apart. They are already on the verge of civil war and unrest.
My wife and I have such a love/hate relationship with this show. We watch every episode as soon as it’s available and then just comment on how crazy it is the whole time. It’s soooooo much like Lost, and we did the same thing with that show. Several plot lines that just dissolve, a “light house” being integral to the mystery, visions magically guiding characters to the next contrivance, so on and so forth. But damnit it’s fun to watch.
Nothing like. Lost had 20 EPs per season, mostly flashback a lot of filler and depth. Lost wasn't horror
@@halna5602 I think you're taking their comment to literal, I'm pretty sure he's speaking on just the fact that Lost was crazy and you never knew what was going to happen., much like this show. Oh the places we'll go..
Ditto i had a love hate for Lost lol. But they did give us a satisfying ending
Also people not communicating and always going on solo missions. Like they badly needed town meetings every hour or 2 so they could solve the mystery lol
@@jedodedoIkr, this part pissed me tf off. Like you all have different clues, just freaking talk to each other for f**k sake. Besides, who goes exploring solo in such a dangerous place? Jade going in the tunnels alone? Yeah right. Never gonna happen in real life. Expect you're chuck Norris
How did the old guy chained to the wall throw the rope down the hole to save the sheriff????
I was thinking about this too🤦🏾♀️
The real mystery!! 😵💫
damn its a big mysetry
he was also in conciousness while others were in sleep shouting when they were chained. was if he was just a lie for sheriff he was just playing with him
Because it’s clear that normal laws of physics do not apply here. Boyd went through a tree and ended up in that chamber. Later on he just lit a torch and was there again. It seems to be a simulation like environment controlled by an outside force.
Thank you for doing this show. I actually went searching last night to see if you’d ever covered the show and I’m quite pleased to see you have.
Tilly also somehow had morphine and presented it knowing probably that the girl had an opiate addiction. It's pretty obvious she is going to be a pinnacle part of the show going ahead
Wow I never thought about that you are totally right. I was 99% sure she was a mole but now I’m 100% sure.
No one ever mentions how amazing the show's credits are. I never skip it. I usually sing along😂 Que sera sera😂 It's really got some True Blood vibes.❤
I also sing along.. The forever will be will be.. Two different worlds same timeline
My mother loves the intro song..reminds her of leonard cohen..😅
@@gootsycollins3046 💯
Whatever will be, will be 🗣😂
it's annoying to me. i always skip it.
This show is fire. Started 2 weeks ago. Binged it whenever I could. Caught up a week before season finale of season. Bruh, long as week! lmao
Ending was crazy.
The reason I don't think they are dead or in limbo, is because she had to be thrown off the tower. Boyd's wife had same idea, so just killed people at random. If this was the case, the little boy in white would have just told everyone to just die. But no, it had to be the tower. Meaning, their is a procedure that has to be done to "escape". I think they stuff in a pocket dimension where our laws of physics are not the same as our real world. Why? idk. Who made it? idk.
Might be on to something🤔
I guess. But i also have the same question like why would their be this dimension and who created it
Okay I have a wild theory.
The “Angkhooey” the children keep chanting “looks” quite similar to St. “Anthony” , the hospital Tabitha woke up in.
I think the scene of Jade surrounded by the 7 children looking up to see that symbol might mirror the reality of the children strapped up in a lab of some sort and looking up at the hospital logo.
They are constantly drugged up (I think they power the entire experiment or whatever) and the “Angkhooey” they chant is the blurry recognition they have of where they are.
The kids also being in white definitely gives lab/hospital vibes.
Also Anyone else notice the patient room number? 2225 (2+2 2+5)= 47.
I might be reaching but I think it’s something considering how important the number 47 is/was.
Definitely agree with you, since the logo used by St. Anthony hosp. is quite similar to the symbol Jade has been seeing all along
Also the 2 dates on the steps of the lighthouse become 47 when subtracted from one another, and didn't tilly have 4 kids and 7 grandkids or something
@@simonwandia1370 I like how the symbol in the cave is literally made with roots, I believe these to be the roots of the faraway trees
That's frankly flawlessly ingenious.
also, in the finale, when she is climbing the lighthouse, there are 2 playing cards on the stairs face up
The 4 of diamonds, and the 7 of clubs.
My favorite analyst breaking down my favorite show! I’m so thankful for this breakdown, i think it gives the show some much needed exposure. Thank you, Paul. Let’s hope for Season 3
I’m so glad you did a break down of the series! I binged watched the first season too and started looking for breakdown podcasts but only found a couple.
It's amazing how human evolution is drawn to unanswered questions. This series is simply hacking into the human brains desire to have answers to unanswered questions.
Don't be stupid. It's more like the writers lost the idea and couldn't add things up.
Nope, there are several shows and movies that do stuff like that and it doesn't make them good, except if the answers provided are satisfying enough. Under the Dome (the show, the book idk) is one praised for it's development and hated for it's ending since it's really really bad.
All mysteries are only as good as their final answers.
The music box monster reminds me of the smoke monster from Lost. They haven’t even explained the night smiley monsters & now have sprung the music box monster. No answers to the wires that lead to nowhere, the voice on the radio, the ghost kids, the boy in white, the strange symbol that Jade sees, the weird dreams, the faraway trees etc. Frustrating to say the least. This show feels alot like Lost, hopefully it doesn’t end like Lost. Did anyone notice the symbol on the monitor when Tabitha was in the hospital? Could be the group running experimemts on the town? Like the Dharma Initiative from Lost.
It’s stupid they keep giving us questions and NO answers.
what if the the shows are connected and they are Lost From.....and a third show would answer it all lol wishful thinking
@@omgitsabbie i started to think that too lol isn’t that crazy…. Lost ended so stupidly they’re trying to right the wrong of people watching for years
I bet they will give us the answer in season 3 don't worry y'all .
Yup ....it's lost but horror
So the electrical energy comes from another dimension too (maybe Tabitha's dimension) and maybe Tabitha'll be able to talk over the radio with Jim in the next season.. She is not in the outside, just in another dimension inside From... this is my theory
Yeah, I think she's in another dimension that looks similar to the real world, but not it entirely.
It's so refreshing to get a From video that's actually a proper analysis rather than a scene by scene break down. So many YTubers don't know the difference.
I was wishing for something like this last night.
Have you given the channel From Land the time of day yet? He's incredibly introspective and analytical in his breakdowns.
I have a theory that Victor knew what could/would happen to Tabitha in the lighthouse and he purposely gave her the lunchbox so that his sister could find out that he's alive. If you look at the scene where Victor tells Tabitha what to do and gives her the lunchbox it looks like he's holding back on something and his body language was kinda odd. I don't know maybe i am too paranoid.
I think you are right he held on to that lunchbox from season 1and then gives it to tabitha hmmmm i think he maybe gave it to her so that eloise can identify her as a person from the fromville. So my thots now wonder could it be that the from village is an inbetween realm thats scary like purgatory and they have to find their way out bt the place feeds on their energy. And each time someone dies it invites new peoplr to balance out its energy. Considering the place has been there for a long time
@@mellisachimanga8074I think all these characters could’ve ended up in some freak accident or comas in real life and this almost a way for them to come back to the real world

It’s about time the best show on tv finally gets reviewed by a big TH-camr. I’ve been utterly dumbfounded by the lack of coverage for this show. start agian this year
@@onlythemarkk i read someone's comment that the filming starts in jul until dec
Also another instance of 47 is Tabithas bed number being 2225
2+2 = 4 and 2+5 = 7 making 47.
If the writers intended 2225 to mean 47 via the math you provided then that's just an extremely poor clue and bad writing. Why add 2 + 2 and then 2 + 5 separately? Why not add them all together? Why not multiply? Well the reason is because doing it the way you chose gave you the answer you wanted. If you start looking for a number you will find it everywhere.
Also Tilly said she has 4 children and 7 grandchildren
22+25 =47 @@TheDukeOfReuben
@@TheDukeOfReuben make 74 out of 2225
I think ur crazy
Yes!!! So glad you got into this show. Wish you'd done a weekly cover of this but better late than never! ❤
I wish they would announce that the show has only 3-4 seasons. There needs to be a conclusion and not just adding to make it longer.
I just discovered this show a couple weeks ago and binge-watched the first two seasons. Great show! Very intriguing. But, yes, I’m afraid that they are going to go the route of Lost and write a crappy, convenient ending involving purgatory, an alternate universe, an alternate timeline, somebody’s dream, or someone’s comatose state. Oh well. Keep in mind that From has many of the same enigmatic elements that we saw in Lost: a lighthouse, underground tunnels, a never-ending source of electricity and other basic supplies for living, a character who is a recovering addict going through withdrawal, a character who becomes pregnant, a mysterious radio transmission, a dog running through the woods, characters seeing dead characters who appear to be alive again, etc.. I’m kind of getting déjà vu about it.
When I saw the mother wake up in the hospital, I was immediately disappointed thinking they were pulling the “your family got into a car accident, and they were in a coma the entire time”.
I was quite pleased when it suggested that she was the only one found, far from any roads.
I’m sick of the coma trope.
The tree that they first cross to get in the town is a far away tree that has been knocked down so once passing they enter into fromland, also that tree might be where the 7 kids are looking up at with the symbol
They don't pass the tree though. The tree blocks the road and they simply turn around and enter onto a road that takes them to the town.
@@fmaries7000right because it was impossible to move it
@@fmaries7000 hmm maybe since its de grounded its jacked up the portal is in a certain radius and not jus a hole in the trunk
That doesn’t make sense though. Because they all are in different states they aren’t all driving down the same street and getting to the same tree. Once you see the tree you are already in the place.
So thre is the same tree throughout america and all takes you to from lands noooot this moght be all some kind of experiment too think abt
What if I told you that Tabitha is actually viktors sister..
But she lost her childhood memories in the process of leaving the "Town" thru that light house. Like how viktor lost his memories too.
Victor chooses to forget her while Tabitha actually had a memory lost due to some fall in the tower when she was a child.
Hmmm?? Have you ever thought bout that.
I got that feeling right from the start where victors told tabitha his story and her sister following her mom thru the so called tower.
And when he hugged viktor dam I felt like some connections right there...
ok go get your meds and lay down for a while
Coulde be 🤔
lmao, victor is like in mid 50's while Tabitha probably in late 30's or early 40's
@@denin8488 we are not even sure how time works in "From" dimension than the real world.
Maybe cicadas went inside your mouth the night before you came to this theory...
After I finished the S2, it was clear that in order to go back to the real world, they should finished a given quest, like what Tabitha did, which is to be in the tower, she was just lucky Victor knows the way to the tower and helped her.
Same with Jade, maybe in S3 he is in the real world already bec in his last scene he discovers the meaning of the symbol he is always seeing, ( a circle like position of the children laying in somthing like a bed).
Tabitha and Jade both heard the children saying the word "Angkhoey".
Love you brought up the use of the “slow walk,”
Trust your characters/monsters have enough presence on their own. That they will fill the space with fear and tension because they have been built up throughout the story to be this terrifying thing.
I want them to answer this question. In the first season, second episode, they were running towards Colony House.
One of the creatures looked at Julie, and said "hey Julie, remember me?"
I want to know who he is. She looked more horrified than normal.
There is more to her story. I screamed NO at the tv when the show ended last night.
I am so looking forward to season three.
I’m still thinking about this guy too!
It's mirroring her little brother if he was survived and growth old. Even the parents who also seen it mentioned about this in few eps
The voice that spoke to Jim on the radio has also been forgotten.
@@lucassamuel2455not forgotten just donna told jim to hide it from the others
😂. Same. “Nooooo”
Please please please dig in Deep for this series man. Much needed and thanks for atleast covering the end. Hoping for more! Cheers 🥂
Omg Jesus man, its about time! I sent you emails and messages to cover this during season 1!
Haha thank you for getting me onto it
Dude, such a great show man. I bet I was watched the first season 4 or 5 times waiting for season 2. Anyway, thanks for covering this. Maybe for s3, you could do episode breakdowns weekly. There are a bunch of channels that do it, but they are mostly incoherent ramblings, and they never nail any of the concepts like I know you can. Much love bro, and FK Ryan Arey!
Yeah I’m gonna try and get on it, came onto this show late but would love to do it weekly
The question is..... Is she really safe on the other side?
Is that "the" question? No reason she would be safe, we have no idea what that place is. Doesn't have to be the real world.
I have no clue where that place is but it doesn't look like America. It could be another dimension
Yes!!! I have wanted you to cover this. This show is my new obsession
The villagers need to follow the dog to find the way out. The boy in white knows about the Red monster in the cave, he pushed tabitha to save himself as he knows monster would come to look for tabitha and may find him also in the lighthouse tower where he is hiding for decades. Or he meant to say 'This is the only way - to stop monsters reaching the real world'
Welcome to the Fromily! 🙂 It's such a great show
Hey Paul, love the content. It's worth noting that the hospital logo is the same or a variation of the symbol that Jade is obsessed with. THEORY TIME, THEORY TIME, THEORY TIME!
Nice catch
From is surprisingly really good. I've enjoyed it so much it's almost like Lost in horror mode. The character development is really wonderful too.
Mysteries can be brilliant if they are done well and this is so much better than I thought it would be...
Thanks for the video man its cool to hear other people's opinions.
Keep up the good work.
🖖🏻🇦🇺
Please tell me about lost. Is it on Netflix? All I can see online is lost 2004. Is that the one?
@bing_desu yeah mate. Brilliant show
@@bing_desu Kate is sooooo hot "freckles"
My theory is that the demons dont just want to inflict pain on the townspeople but also want to turn the townspeople into monsters themselves. We see constantly throughout the series townspeople being manipulated or lead to believe they have to commit evil acts. There is obviously sara killing her brother, the old man, and the nurse and attempting to kill the boy, but also Sheriff boyd's wife killing townspeople because she believed it would free the town, the man whose wife exploded trying to kill the sheriff, randall trying to sacrifice Donna, etc. because there is such a trend of people believing they need to harm others for their own benefit, i think its all to try to turn seemingly normal people into monsters.
It's great to see so many people interested in "From".
Glad yall finally picked up this show👍🏾
This show reminds me of Lost in a way - I've really enjoyed it and am glad that you've covering it. This show deserves more attention. Victor's mother is NOT in the real world as Victor said that he found her body by the bottle tree - however Victor's SISTER Eloise is actually in the real world. I don't think she made it out but his sister did.
I think the creators of lost also created this show
Also Boyd actor was an actor in lost also
@@brendarodriguez90 Oh yeah I know, as soon as I saw him in the first Episode I went... "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALT" lol Yes I know he was Michael but I can hear that WAAAAAALT cry in my head like yesterday.
Does lost in the way have a happy ending?
Please tell me about lost. Is it on Netflix? All I can see online is lost 2004. Is that the one?
I don’t think it’s Tabatha’s reflection we see in the windows as she looks out of the hospital.
It would be wild that Tabitha looking for answers not only finds Victors sister but the sister is close to finding the cabal that watches them in the town. S3 ends with Tabitha seeing her family in the town but still can’t figure out how to help. 😂😂
The man in the tower was right. Abby was right. Killing them wakes them up. What if the “monsters” were really trying to help. They were human, now monsters that look horrific and kill even more horrifically, but what if they were killing them to send home? In the massacre, what if that was the boy and “monsters” sending them home, then keeping Victor alive to hopefully help the future generations, like Kenny said about “threads in a sweater”. The most horrific part to me is that Victors family, his mother and sister likely died and woke up together, and cant get to him because they told him to stay safe. Now it’s too late, his mother is most likely dead in the real world and his sister is old, when he “dies” she may be close to death as well.
I wonder why only Tabitha was let out. The boy in white also said, "Sorry". I have a theory that this is probably some sort of a shared nightmare of the 7 kids and "Angkoohie" means to wake them up. It's probably some Cold war era mind experiment gone wrong.
I think the kids are like the SCP kids who also had seven children with powerful psychic powers. The demons might still be unrelated to this though, but the time dilation and spatial manipulation and foresight and dream stuff seem to be related to the kids dreams affecting everyone. The demons seem like separate unrelated entities to the kids, and the worms also seem separate too.
Tysm been waiting all morning for this, so glad I can finally see your take ❤
The dog/hiker theory is terrific!
Cheers
Thank you Paul, you are the best! This show is awesome and even better now that I know you will be reviewing it!
Crazy how boyd is told hope is what feeds whatever is tormenting them, and yet, Donna was full of hope and positivity this last episode. I'm starting to get Randal level paranoid.
But it was a lie to block him from destroying the music box. Hope really is their only way out
Yup it was a lie
I’m happy the show is finally getting the recognition it deserves
i feel like the book of symbols is a time map based on the 3 intersecting tree roots and how they change over time, i feel like the guy who wrote the book is also the guy who used the dummy,(instead of a mother , he might of been someone who performed for children) i feel like he was frequenting the sacrifice chamber but in different time frames and would draw what he saw. he might of even performed for the anghkooy crew.
Glad you finally did this show. I was searching the channel the other day looking for reviews of eps. Good its here now
My husband and I also binged the first season in a matter of a few days. Then we got to see the first few episodes of season two. Then came the torture of waiting week by week lol. I love this show! I feel like I don't know how I'll get through to season 3 lol
Same here i just finished season 2 and cant wait for season 3 😂
@@sara182003me too😂
Man you’re on top of it. I just learned about this season, then of course after I watch every good show, I gotta review this channel for the details I missed and “theory time.” Great channel!
I'm so glad you finally did this show.. if you haven't watched it people you are missing out on one of the best tv shows out right now.
That “I Got Worms” cut out made my life😩😂😂
I love where this show is going. It reminds me a lot of Lost, but with a more horrory vibe to it. I hope it manages to keep that vibe as it slowly explains more.
Creators of Lost is doing this show just a FYI
@@ShanitaBartlettThat would make sense, especially since the actor for Boyd was also in Lost.
@@ShanitaBartlettLost is also one of my favorite shows of all time, I've watched it multiple times all the way through. So that is a good thing in my opinion.
Slowly??? Slower than now? I hope this show ends in season 3 because it’s driving me crazy with anxiety 😅.
@@myklepr82 It's doing what it's meant to do 🤷😂
First time watching your video and I love it, definitely worth subscribing. Thank you !
Thank you
Since when did you start covering From? I love your breakdown recaps because you put your witty humor in it!!!!!😅
Thank you for the recommendation.
I'm now going to officially watch this show... Lost was my fave.
I just discovered From recently and absolutely love it. I was worried we won’t going to get enough answers in the finale but that final 10 mins dispelled a lot of theories I had and confirmed some important facts as you cover in the video. I’m now getting as many of my mates and family to watch the show as possible lol
The difference is, Victor's mom died. He found her body near the tree. Eloise, on the other hand...
I really enjoyed it, too. Looked forward to it every week! I really hope they come back for season 3 and 4.
dude im so glad you covered this show. hey in the last scene when she looks out the window , you can barly see it but the reflection isnt her face the reflection has blond shoulder length hair... not tabitha
Yeah I talked about that in the vid, not sure if it’s the lighting or what not but I think it might be Eloise
@@heavyspoilers lol as soon as i un paused, i dont think its lighting cause her hair was behind her left shoulder but not in the reflection
Thanks for your thoughts and breakdown. I feel that this show is very under watched. I think that is partly due to it starting on what was Epix and now being on MGM+ which is owned by Amazon. I don't understand why Amazon didn't just launch the show on their platform. I think it might have gotten more viewership that way... Here's to hoping for season 3!
yeah I was saying the other day they should just put it on Prime, would get a massive influx of viewers I think
Thanks so much for making FROM even better. I dont comment much but adore your work.❤ from Australia...Bladerunner and other movie streams were fantatastic too!
glad you enjoyed it, brother. the show is really good and i can't wait to see where it leads us next.
I love this show, I hope you keep covering it in the future ❤ Cheers from Honduras
It's possible the roots shaped like a symbol are the roots of the Farway trees
So happy you gave into this one!
It’s a quest. There’s been a few references to a giant spider being the last boss 😂. The web Boyd and Sarah were wrapped in, the drawing of a spider the Victor had and the dream Ethan had about a giant spider and the lake of tears. Shits getting crazy. It’s probably a big alien Spider like in IT
So glad you covered the show! Its not really watched show yet it’s so good. Underrated.
Season 1 was great, season 2 it felt like they tried to stretch it out and some episodes were a bit boring. If this show had solid and we’ll known actors I think it would elevate it a lot more as some of the acting is pretty bad.
I gotta say that you rocked. I am in Brazil and we have no idea when the second season will be here. Thanks for explaining what’s going on, I was getting crazy with the wait. The bus arrived and then. You are amazing.
Obviously when Tabitha goes public people are going to think she's crazy but then realize how would she know all these people by name and they all happen to be disappeared out of nowhere and from different places. There would be no way she would have that information
If she isn’t just in some dream
Anyone notice the “Dream Catcher” Donna gave Fatima? “If you climb high enough, even a Nightmare can be a Dream.” So many fake death dreams sequence, then the Nightmare kills them
I think it’s Victors sister Tabatha finds. Victor said his sisters body was never found.
I’m glad you finally watched it.
