I'm 17 now and I have been dating someone for 2 years now and I love him so much more then anything , and all we want is a house in the future, we started saving up a good few months ago and we are working so hard and saved up a good bit already and this video is so motivating to continue I can't wait to see our house getting built in the future like ye did it's so modern and its enough room it's not too big or small it's just enough and that's exactly what we want, thanks for sharing this video it's such a beautiful home😍😍😍

I think it’s so cool you were allowed inside whilst construction. Once we reached lock up stage we were not allowed access to our property.

Stella Meier yes! we never thought we’d build because the land sizes were just so small! then we were lucky enough to find one that had already been bought before they subdivided all the lots! the sellers realised they didn’t want to live there after owning the block of land for 3 years haha so then we bought it off them 😍 was sooo lucky!
Were you guys able to use first home owners grant on the block & build? 🥰
Stella Meier yeah we did! it only went towards the house, not the block, as we bought them separately (eg. it wasn’t a house & land package) xx

Idk about you but how quickly does those light switches get dirty. We finished our home in August & got them put in & im always wiping them down. Joys of having a builder as a husband

Or did you get an architect to design your house for you? And if you don’t mind me asking, how old are you two? I’m 18 and ideally would have a house built by 25. But that’s just a goal. 💕

How easy is it to buy a home in Australia? I mean, I see a lot of people buying & building there! Can you actually buy a house in Australia let’s say if you are a minimum-wager? Or there are just many rich people living there?

Hi, just a question: is it cheaper or more expensive to build your own home? I see the advantage to do everything from scratch exactly as you want it, but not sure about costs. Could anyone clarify me?
Dâmaris Regina Dias Guimarães da Rocha i think it depends were you live but a construction company here charges $300k just for them to even do it. so it may go up based on your options

hey! it was just the time it took to do all the paperwork, appointments, finalise contracts, colour selections etc. big lead up before they can actually start building 😊 they explained it to us that when you start the process you’re like hopping in a queue, you can’t have your colour selection appointments etc until the people in front of you have gone through, same with the build. so it’s just a waiting game, especially if it’s a popular/well renown builder (like coral) xx

Jesus Arellano unfortunately we aren’t builders and were working our everyday jobs while the builders were actually constructing our house lol. you also can’t legally be on the job site while the work is being undertaken so it wouldn’t be possible for us to get shots of it ‘being built’ 😊
