Well I got mine back in may 2016 over 4 years now, one one time broke on me because the timing belt but you know needs to be replaced at some point, other then that no problems at all, burns some oil but normal burning nothing crazy, it’s my daily I put in this thing over 450 miles every week and never let me down, I like that has power when I need to pass or something and it’s reliable, I am happy and I will buy another b16a2 if I this one brakes and if I have the money. If you take care of your car will last much longer
Budget Outdoorsman well to be honest that’s what’s suppose to happen add hp and better fuel economy since here is lees restrictions on the exhaust since the pipe is bigger. How much hp? I don’t know but I am sure there is a improvement on both sides!
Hello buddy! For this car you can fin it as Civic CS Style front lip 1996-1998only! There is the same style for 1999-2000 CS Style! Make sure you order the right one for your car they are little different!

emancap yes there is some minor scraping on the speed bumps because the car is lowered on the exhaust pipe,but you know slow and sideways there is no scraping,and on driveways not really

Now my catalytic it’s at the bottom of the car right under my stick shift, My brother in law has a 1997 Ek hatch with d16 No Vtec engine and his catalytic is right in front of his engine!!.. we both have the same set up yonaka exhaust. Now I think your catalytic it’s under the car like mine, if you buy the one you send me on the link you will bolt it to your catalytic you can see in the picture a 3hole pipe that connects to the cat, if you don’t want the cat you buy the other one that has a longer pipe and 2 hole bolt that bolts on the header, that’s the one I have
I think it depends on the car in this case the ones I’ve heard on d17a2 sounds much deeper, also the cat plays a huge role when it comes to sounding not ricey

So yours hangs too low as well. So much exhaust tunnel in the frame that the exhaust could fit into but the resonator scrapes on everything.

You right, that’s because it doesn’t have a Catalytic converter on , that makes it lot more louder, I like the sound on low rpm😅
