NATIONAL 3 PEAKS CHALLENGE | Ben Nevis | Scafell Pike | Mount Snowdon | 24 Hours | Highest Mountains

Me & the wife went to take on the national three peaks challenge, this is to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales, in that order, all in the space of 24 hours, this includes the driving in between, usually people attempting this challenge have a driver to do all the driving so they can rest in between, but we decided to be hardcore and do the driving ourselves, swapping after every 2 or 3 hours etc, the drive up to Scotland before we could even start the challenge was 7 hours alone.
The weather on Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike was horrendous but we battled on.
My wife has no experience climbing mountains of this size, so was a huge effort from her!

Ben Nevis, located in the scottish highlands standing over 1300mtrs high
Scafell Pike, located in the lake district standing over 950mtrs high
Mount Snowdon, located in Snowdonia standing over 1000mtrs
In our experience Scafell Pike was by far the most physically demanding.

You are a machine lad. Well done. I finished N3P in 20 hours 15 minutes but could hardly walk for a few days after. Three of us did it with a mate as a dedicated driver

My hat is off to you both. I've done all 3 but not in 24 hours. That's insanely impressive. In spite of Ben Nevis taking me far longer, it was Scafell Pike that was most difficult as I hadn't slept the previous night. Every step felt heavier than the last and the weather was nasty at the top.

Not sure buddy can't remember, think nevis was about 5 or 6 hours, pike was about 4, and then snowdon in just over 2 hours
