I feel people are wrongly communicated. As per supreme court verdict, churches built before 1995 should ruled by 1934 approved laws. No one supposed to take church or its belongings. Piravam church is belongs to piravam people and everything continues as same like 1975. People should be educate themselves about it. Then there is no spiritual connection with this issue. Absolutely real estate.
No matter what Supreme court order has to be implemented. Judgement made by hourable court by hearing both factions.

What orthodox done is legally correct and morally incorrect. Since there is no succession laws in Church for properties if someone wants to move out from original church , jacobites has to accept their mistakes. They can start a new church order and buy new land building etc.

How does Roy Mathew paint both the churches with the same brush. which is the church which is not following the Indian law. Pl carify. Dont just talk because you have been given an audience. Pl blame the political leaders for nor enforcing the law for their political gains. If they wanted to impliment the same they could have done it without any problem. Further the bishops of the Jacobite church to be barred from entering the said churches, there wont be any instigation/ provocation & the people will disperse without any problem.
Jacobite church first merges with Orthodox church in 1958 as per the Hon SC verdict. Every thing was going on peacefully, but the moment the validity of the judgement expired ( 12 years after the 1958 verdict) they raised a banner of revolt & without any reason split the church.
