Simple Hot & Sour Sesame Pork Stir-Fry Recipe!

Classic Wok Wednesday style cooking with a nice quick and easy hot & sour sesame pork stir-fry. A perfect meal for a mid-week dinner!

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ onion
3 cloves garlic
½ Chinese leaf
300g minced pork
The Marinade
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Korean chilli powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
The Sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter / sesame paste
1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp chiu chow chilli oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
