@@XIII_JOSJP is easy to play in low ranks. Once you get to Diamond, people have a general idea on how to get around his projectiles which requires more thought into how to use them, which would explain why Dale plays more Marissa since he goes into the fetal position once he’s cornered with JP.

Dale can’t fathom the idea of somebody not being too insecure to keep playing after reaching a rank for fear of losing it.
He can't wrap his head around someone playing a fighting game for fun and to see improvement in their play and not something to achieve in order to taunt his viewers/trolls with.

What makes the logic even dumber is that once you hit Master rank, you can’t fall out of it. So he has literally nothing to lose

Part of getting good with Marisa is realizing that you simply cannot do what half of the roster can. There are so many things you just cannot get away with, and so many things you have to defend against that other characters can go overboard with against you.
I don't know. It's a bit like how you shouldn't bring a knife to a gunfight. Marissa has it harder than others due to no projectiles, certainly, though we know that a tenacious and skillful Marissa player can also play around those obstacles.
Dale ain't that. He quits on a dime and has no skill to adapt to the situation.

Yeah no. Her only consistent big weakness is bad AA capability. She doesn’t have a neutral skip like Ken and Luke, but she is more than capable of punishing a lot of shit in this game. You could give her Sparta kick to any of the bottom half of the roster, and they would go up an entire tier.

But now that he’s reached the rank where he doesn’t belong, we are going to see a lot more losses and rage quits

@@debeb5148 If you are talking about Ken, it is of no consequence if he has not experienced major changes fundamentally. It is the buffing of his already great normals, the Jinrai kicks, drive rush-heavy punch, and corner carry that make the character extremely OP.
@@debeb5148well tbf hes only so good because of the system mechanics. DI stun in corner makes his insane corner carry even more insane, he has a solidly fast drive rush with an amazing normal(st.HP) to make it near-incontestable and his throw loops are the best in the game.
The game changing is what makes him so good. Well, that and dragonlash is an insanely good move

Exactly! He thinks he can go off on other people in other time zones like they play in the US. The US has 3 time zones (?) 3am pacific time (his zone) is 6am eastern (my zone). The only reason one would play at that time is that not a lot of people would be awake in the US. Less competition, comparatively. Also I have a job so I can't afford to play vidya to the wee hours of the morning, and on the weekends I tend to get out and do something.
