    This guy needs to talk to/with the FAA and Airline Companies regarding time/duty/sleep-circadian rhythm problems.... Several times in my 20-year career, especially on EAST-WEST international flights I was tired beyond tired....

    At certain companies where people have to work at odd hours due to deadline crunches, they set aside areas for people to sleep or even hammocks and whatnot, out of concern for health and work efficiency. You can actually die if you don't get enough sleep, so it's something that shouldn't be neglected.

      Also, don't drink too much 1-2 hours before bed.
