I'm glad to see a video of this car. The hideaway headlights, power steering, power brakes, a/c, and automatic trans are options, so somebody paid extra for all of these when the car was new. The 68 model brings back memories for me, I learned to drive on one. It wasn't new but that was the car and it didn't have any options at all except a radio. No power anything, no a/c and no auto trans. 3 speed on the floor. You worked for your ride in that one. 1968 was the first year for hideaway wipers, side marker lights and front parking lights that come on with the headlights, hazard warning lights, and the key buzzer to remind you to remove the key when you get out. They were popular cars that competed with the Chevy Chevelle.
That’s awesome man! Thanks for the extra info I didn’t even know some of that. Also, back in the day I would of chosen a GTO over a Chevrolet even though they had the bigger engines. I’m a Pontiac man indeed
@@BuiltTough1776 Can't say as I blame you there unless you put it up against a Chevelle SS. I believe you that you're a Pontiac man. You're a stud behind the wheel!
WTF happened on the tee pe clip🤣
Don’t worry about it
Finally ! A gto drive video with some burnouts !!! Cannot believe ppl film themselves driving cars and too scared to light them up ! Awesome !

@@BuiltTough1776 True!
You both look good in the driver's seat for sure. It's good of the owner to let y'all drive this one and the Sting Ray.
