we did this at Decision Analysis course without any packages or tools
just manually drawing it on excel .
Decision analysis was best course I took in industrial engineering
it was very fun for me

I could not do the install on my HP. Keep getting the message cannot be opened in protected view

See if this works:
In Excel , click File > Options in the bottom
Click Trust Center and click Trust Center Settings
Click Protected View tab and uncheck all options.
Click OK

I think this one is just older ...and used for plain decision analysis ...before data science or even before computer science.
