On the one hand the college admission letter with the confetti just wants you to post your confetti admission moment as free advertising for them and I doubt most people'll make time for that. On the other, in the context of nobody gathering live in COVID all this virtual confetti partying to recognize achievement together feels oddly sweet. I'm curious how many people, if any were just like, "Fine. I'll play along. Here I am, virtual classmates. Who else is having their individual party online here?!"
Anyone got a guess about the orange crayons? That's so nuts it's kind of wonderful. Could maybe resell them to a diner to divide into one-orange-each kids' crayon packs, if they have three not-orange colours already, for instance. Or you could use em for melted crayon art, maybe. It's just deeply funny to me that the colour is orange, though. Somebody is feeling enthusiastically orange!
By the looks of the sticker it's likely a thrift store or a Mardens (surplus/resell store like you mentioned) and wouldn't be surprised if that was an employees project to entertain themselves over the course of a year lol
6:10 Given the style/age of the building & that those are fire escape stairs, I'd guess they were a retrofit for fire code; thinking of the infamous NYC Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire in 1911 where 146 employees (mostly young women) died.
The "Chinese sneakers" have what is called a rocker sole. It's supposed to shift your weight towards taking your next step. They were very popular among elderly people in the previous millennium.

Maybe someone has a duplex apartment and wanted stairs between the two floors
Those stairs are clearly a misclick.

Joe Montana has commercials for sketchers with shoes like that
@@Flow-J.Simpson He's old enough to remember when they first became popular :-)
wow all in one day
I saw at least half these clips in another video a day or two before this one was posted.
Not sure if HL recycled or borrowed the clips.
It’s called a content farm. All the channels are owned by the same company and remixed multiple times for clicks after being copied from Reddit, etc
@@YeahNo 😯😞😭
