Haven't had a dining plan since at least 10 yrs ago. Greatful for yalls video showing how itd working in practice! Staying at port orleans riverside February!!!!
For the most part, yes. The only limitations we found was with items that are meant for sharing. So the butcher board at polite pig which serves 2 would have cost 2 quick service credits. Same thing with whole pizzas at Disney resort quick service restaurants. That costs 2 quick service credits. But from what we experienced, everything else was included.
Thanks Jennifer! We didn't mind tipping out of pocket. If the tips were included, they would just raise the price of the plan itself and we'd end up paying the same amount either way. As far as the value of the plan, it's hard to say. It worked out in our favor for our situation, but we specifically planned our meals out to get the most expensive options possible. If you're not planning on dining at some more expensive options, it might not be worth it for you. Of course, that only applies to the table service plan. We haven't tested the counter service plan yet
Also, just a heads up in case you missed it. All videos going forward will be posted on our other channel @gootoyouvideo We already have a few videos up over there if you'd like to check them out! Thanks for your support!
Hey Glenn! We really like Boardwalk, Coronado, and Animal Kingdom/Wilderness Lodge! As far as snacks, we always like the Bacon on a Stick at Magic Kingdom, Baseline's Pretzel at Hollywood Studios, Mr. Kamal's fries at Animal Kingdom and Connections Cafe's Liege Waffle at EPCOT! Thanks for coming along!
The plan was never really worth it even in the old days IMO unless you always got the most expensive thing on the menu and drank alcohol with every meal (which makes anyone aged 10-20 lose out). Now that you only get one snack per night instead of two and the prices have gone up, it’s even less worth it. It’s tough to even break even with the DDP now! Edit: I’ve watched the whole thing now and definitely stand by it. You are two tall guys and one of you admitted you felt sick with how much you had eaten at the end. And you have to eat that much every day to get your money’s worth on the DDP! It’s not fun to eat that much when you’re walking all day! 😂
Great video guys. I've always thought the DDP wasn't a good fit for us, but wasn't positive I knew exactly how it worked. It was a huge help to actually watch someone use it. I still don't think it's right for us (AP holders and DVC so we get food discounts, and when we do book hotels we try to get AP discounts - which I believe you can't use with DDP) but this was a very educational video for me. Thank you for all of your work putting it together!
You guys are so on the ball with the new happenings at Disney! You do such a great job! Another great video 👍🏼

So with the quick service meal can you order anything off the menu?

Good video chaps!
Ohana! Great video!
Ohana to you too!
The back scratcher 😂😂
Great explanation!!! Such a fun video…..but not sure if worth it for $95 a day pp 🤔🤔🤔
Agreed. For a lot of people, it won't be worth it.
I really do like your videos! How do you feel after having to pay for the tip out of pocket? Do you feel like the dining plan is worth it?

Ohana definitely brings the good enjoyment! Thanks Norm!
Next we need to figure out what Grand Floridian’s take on “seasonal” is 😅
One things for sure... No restaurants "seasonal" items are safe from the investigative prowl of the brunch bunch
Oh nooo I was so sad to see the cool lightsabre umbrella break 😂😭
Hi
Hi Don, thanks for watching!

What are your top 3-5 resorts, and why? Top 3-5 snacks in WDW?
