Do you also perform custom peek full midface infra orbital with saddle and glabella full supra orbital implants to make the orbitals really compact and give the hunter eyes look for someone who hollow undereyes?

I perform custom PEEK mid facial implants, yes. I have less experience with supraorbital implants but am open to discussing it.
