It’s connected to the entrance outside of the paddock via a tunnel. When in game, you can zoom in on the viewing log and see the elevator entrance, and in construction mode you can see the connecting tunnel.
Unfortunately, I can't do a time lapse. I didn't capture any footage while I was making it. But, I am making a video series for my next park, which will be on the Pennsylvania map. It took me ~250 hours over a 6 month time span to complete this park.

@@toyswithkrishaun When you go to Sandbox mode, you should have 2 options under the "Basic Settings" section. A "Standard Layout" and a "Expanded Layout." The "Standard Layout" will have the ampitheater. The "Expanded Layout" is the flattened version and will not have it.
It’s entirely possible. The default terrain is not completely modeled to real life scale, but you can see a bridge in the background and the city to the north/east.

The ampitheater is pre-loaded into the map, as long as you do not do the “Flattened” version.
