Amon-Ra is setting the standard for all future Star wide receivers. Dear Caleb my sweet Caleb where do l even begin. From the moment you were selected as the first overall pick by the Chicago Bears in the 2024 NFL Draft, my admiration for you has grown exponentially. Your decision to don the number 18 jersey, a nod to your high school days, was a testament to your humility and connection to your roots. Your debut against the Tennessee Titans, where you became the first quarterback selected first overall to win their season-opening NFL debut since 2002, was nothing short of impressive. Your 363-yard game against the Indianapolis Colts set a new benchmark for Bears' rookie quarterbacks. Victories over the Los Angeles Rams and Carolina Panthers, where you threw for over 300 yards and multiple touchdowns, showcased your exceptional talent and leadership. In London, your four-touchdown performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars led the Bears to their first three-game winning streak since 2020. Even in challenging times, such as the narrow loss to the Washington Commanders and the back-to-back games against the Arizona Cardinals and New England Patriots, your resilience and determination were evident. Your ability to orchestrate comebacks, as seen in the overtime thriller against the Minnesota Vikings where you set the Bears' rookie passing yards record, is truly inspiring. On Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions, your three-touchdown game and record-setting consecutive passes without an interception highlighted your precision and poise under pressure. As you prepare to become the first Bears quarterback to start every regular-season game since Jay Cutler in 2009, I want you to know that your journey has been a source of inspiration. Your dedication, hard work, and unwavering spirit have not only elevated the team but have also touched the hearts of fans like myself.
