    hiiii beautiful loves 😍 I just wanted to say again this is how to create an IDEAL morning routine - NOT a perfect one that you perfectly check off your list every single day. For example...
    I wrote down the times I would *like* to do each of those activities for. Do I always take Meester for a walk at the beach and do a 30-45 minute workout? Of course not 😂😂 I would be kidding myself. There are days that I do that! But there are days I also do a 10 minute workout in my sports bra and leggings before bed lol.
    So remember DREAM out your ideal morning: What would make you excited to wake up? How would you nourish your body? Is it a quick 5 min smoothie or a 10 min scramble? Make it work for YOU and YOUR life! ✨
    I just always want to be encouraging you to do what's in your heart! Whether you're wanting to get healthy and want to be more intentional with moving your body and nourishing yourself or simply want to just wake up earlier so you can drink your coffee in some peace and quiet 😂I feel you. And you can do whatever you put your mind to.
    And I promise you whether you do the things you want to do for 3 minutes or 30 minutes IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Never let the amount of time you have or don't have stop you. Don't let perfectionism that "I can't do it for X amount of time" stop you!!! DO IT! Do it for those 3 minutes with intentionality.
    Do what's in your heart. Don't be afraid that you've tried before. You're not a failure. You're a human. And don't listen to anyone who tries to tell you you can't - because you always can.
    REMEMBER: it all starts in your mind. it all starts in your heart. it all starts inside. you can wake up early. you can be intentional with your mornings. look inside before trying to change outside behavior because it's all about the inner drive. and a lotta prayer. for real haha. at least for me. God knows I need His help with everything!

    I feel like I really needed to see this today, my sleep schedule has been so out of whack and I want to change it. I've been saying for weeks now that I am going to get up earlier, and go for a walk or something once a day. I still haven't done it. Thank you clearly the universe is trying to send me a message to make a change. :)

    I literally just made a visual board for my daughter for her daily schedule. My plan is to be up earlier than her and get my day started and then this way I can focus on helping her with her day since she’s only 3. This video has given me a little more motivation to know I can get this done. 😊

    enjoying a matcha latte after church with this lovely video! I also loved your insta story about nourishing your body for healthy periods! It's so sad how girls are NEVER taught this. Women need to eat healthy fats and carbs etc so your body has enough energy to have a PERIOD!!! instead, little girls are taught to restrict, be skinny, and workout so hard. Thanks for such valuable knowledge!

Because of your first metabolism video & your “what I eat” videos, I’ve been focusing on sleep and eating enough (raw carrot, OJ + coconut water, not avoiding sugar & carbs, etc) to fix my metabolism and hormones.     I am going through this now. I very recently became a single mom of 3, I’ve started working full time as a pharmacy tech, studying for my test, and my work schedule isnt consistent. I’m exhausted, my house is messy, everything is chaotic & im so ready to change that

    this was so satisfying to watch on this gorgeous Sunday morning. I recently became a really productive morning person, however completely messed up my night schedule... I cannot focus on anything after 6-7ish, snack at night, fall asleep at midnight without realizing it but then wake up 3-4 hours later to do so.. It's been going on this entire week and I wanna leave this messy routine behind in March

    One tip to get a good night's sleep is to cut back on your caffeine intake. We often underestimate how long it takes for our body to metabolize it. I love my morning coffee, but I try to avoid caffeine after 2 or 3 pm, and it helps me sleep through the night

    AMAZING!🎉 Such practical tips and advice to create good rhythms for a better night/morning routine. I love how you’ve been talking about genuine nourishment with food. Not just food that’s “healthy” but food that is nourishing. Can you talk more about foods that have higher nutrient values? I suffer from GERD chronically and certain foods really bother my reflux. I need higher alkaline foods to help counter act the acidity in my gut. I’m wanting to try to come off my meds by eating better foods. Can you maybe talk about this more in depth? I value your opinion highly, you are so wise.

    What you are talking about is circadian rhythms. The morning light will reset your circadian rhythms. Also I take vitamin D because I live in central OH, and it's always cloudy here (kind of like Seattle, except we don't get as much rain).

    Thanks! Awesome video with great tips! I can usually get up early and have a good start to my day but... I always have trouble sticking with other things later in my day especially if I don't have a deadline. No deadline means that I don't have to do it right away I put it aside. So I'm going to try and write things down in the morning for later in my day, hopefully that will be my deadline 😅
