Lovely playing! I had a question about the guitar - I am currently using the EBG808 TE, but wondered about getting the messiah cutaway instead. Have you tried both and what are the differences? Sounds awesome.
The messiah is a step above in terms of woods and esthetic appointments (inlays, binding, ...). It also uses more traditional woods such as sitka top and rosewood back and sides. It's known to have a sweeter, softer tone than the TE model which can be a bit more brash. In the end it is still a maton 808 so don't expect alot of acoustic volume or bass. Another important difference is that the TE model is a satin finish. I personally don't like the look or feel of satin finishes but it does allow for some cool percussive sounds. I prefer the messiah quite a bit, but if you plan on using it purely as a performance guitar you are probably better off with the cheaper TE model.
Que alegría escucharte nuevamente!!!!
Hermosa melodía suena espectacular, felicidades.
Saludos un abrazo🌻

@@vyvynylification that’s helpful thanks! Do you still find it as easy to play as the other models?
