Unfortunately the film was taken on a fairly cloudy day. Like all cities, Turin is more beautiful when the sun is shining.
In Turin there are various more or less important museums, the best known ones are the Egyptian Museum (the second in the world for finds from ancient Egypt), the Cinema Museum in the Mole Antonelliana etc. Around Turin there are the royal residences of Spupinigi, Venaria, Rivoli and then the basilica of Superga.

Yes this definitely wasn’t the best accommodation I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately it can be tough in many Western European cities to find decent accommodation when your budget is low.
