Perfect time for this song. I go to Asbury University and we just had a revival break out at my school and it's gone on for over 150 hours so far. God really does the best.

I pray one day I am able to sing through being trained and play an instrument as beautifully as you to worship to the Lord! I am okay with where I am in praising Him with all I have now because I have learned it is more about worshipping and praising sincerely than any other form

Take the instrument and use your hands to play it, learn a song, lear one chord etc every day bit by bit

This song has been my prayer tonight. While it was beautiful at the time of the campus revivals, I can’t help but feel that it is almost more applicable today, in the midst of suffering and darkness happening in Nashville, then it was a month ago in the comfort of a college chapel. Today, it reminds us exactly why we need revival, because it shows us how far we stray when left to our own devices. If there was ever such a clear example of how badly we as a nation, as humans, need revival and renewal, it is what happened today. We need the power of an almighty, majestic, redeeming God more than ever. We need the redemption and forgiveness that can only the blood of Christ can bring.
So my prayer: Lord, flood the collective heart of our nation with mercy, peace, and righteousness. Even when we struggle to see goodness in the world around us, show us the goodness of being submitted to a holy and sovereign God. Plant in us a peace that surpasses all understanding, because Lord we cannot and will not understand this, but we can and will trust in You. Lord, flood this land with Your love. Bring about healing and revival in your people. Put Your hand over this nation and guide it back towards You. Heaven break out!
Thank you JESUS for bringing up the next generation under YOUR BLOOD
