This is great for me! I'm a crutches user and can't wear regular bags, as they keep banging my crutches. So my options are backpacks or cross body bags. It's not a good idea to wear backpacks in crowded places, so this is great for my holidays! Thank you!
My bag turned out really great, I only changed the bottom edge a little. Instead of working 2 hdc into the 3rd loop only, I worked them through 2 loops; the 3rd- “and” front loop. It looks better, and it is stronger. Again, thank you so much Briana
Thank you so much for this video tutorial. I paid for the written pattern but i think i might have gotten into a bit of a pickle without this as I’ve learnt quite a lot of new things. I’m about half way through my bag now and I LOVE this pattern! I reckon I’ll be making more than one
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
I think there are instructions missing around 14:04 to 14:09. It’s the first row of no decreases, but no instructions are given after reaching the one stitch before the center marker. Then you are already at row 22. I imagine we are just continuing with the increases in the middle as before until reaching row 22?
@@donnaminyoon7179the math isn't adding up!? Could you help me please 😅 At row 14 we have 32 stitches, right? But then its row 15 to 22, of adding 3 stitches per row. So that would be 24 stitches ? (Correct me if I'm wrong) But I'm at 21 rows now, and I only have 50 stitches but I did it exactly as yall said 😭😭 Please help me
@@stacyevans6289 So after you complete rows 2-14, you should have 34 stitches. Then, rows 15-22 are all rows where you increase 3 stitches in each row, so that’s +24. That equals 58 stitches after Row 22. Row 23 has no increases (or decreases), so still 58 stitches. Then you move on to the middle section. I hope this helps!
This is a lovely bag, thank you. Could you please finish explaining Row 15, it’s at 14:04 of the video. You said work up to 1 stitch before the marker, but then it skipped the next part directly to finished Row 22. I assume that the Center is worked the same as in the previous Rows. Also at 19:18 of the video, are you repeating Row 23? Otherwise your explanations are always super easy to follow. 😊
I’ve watched this video SOOOO MANY times and cannot for the life of me get past row 3. I won’t have a “middle” stitch with a stitch count of 22, so how do I make 3 increases in the center?? If I increase by only 1 stitch per row then the increases on even stitch rows would be off center….
Thank you! Pattern/video was easy to follow. Worked up quickly and in one day while I watched the Olympics. So cute. Thinking I’ll add a snap or a button for closure.
Crocheting in back loops makes a ribbing. That gives your fabric some stretch kind of like a waist band. Especially if you use cotton fiber, your work will have no give or stretch or movement if you do straight single crochet but by adding in ribbing instead of plain crochet, it will allow for more movement and flexibility but still allow it to have structure. Also it looks good. I think it was a great design decision in the sides. I hope that makes it make sense a little for you ❤
she mentioned worsted weight and I do know that dishie yarn that she is using is cotton fiber. I know you asked that 3 months ago so idk if you still need that answer but figured I would answer just in case since I heard her say it :)
Sometimes I have to say it out loud… like say the stitches that I need to do in order out loud lol. I feel kind of slow but it helps. I do see that others are having some trouble with the pattern as well, I haven’t tried it yet but maybe that will help you if you haven’t tried it yet ❤

@@Sarayscrochet_yarn_art I am in the same situation. Hope this bag works well for you.👍
Love! Can’t wait to make. Where did you find the bag strap for the brown bag?? I can’t wait to try it out
I appreciate 🙏🏾 you sharing this

These are really cute. I wonder how including a zipper would change the overall look of the bag

Hi Briana, what a beautiful bag. Totally going to add to my list of bags to make. Thank you!
kay, I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the kislux book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations
I love the beautiful bag, i will try it also, thanks for sharing the tutorial

I noticed that, too and just continued in pattern without the decreases. Seems right. Row 15-22, you’re increasing 3 stitches in each row💖

Đẹp quá cảm ơn hd của bạn
Can you give me the stitch count after each row please?😅 i keep messing it up
Do you HAVE to utilize the back bumps or are we just doing that because it tends to make the stitches tighter?

Hello any idea where can I get a ready made fanny bag? The sunbaked one? Need it shipped to India
Sou do Brasil, gostaria muito que vc enviasse a nós brasileiros o diagrama dessa bolsa linda. Pq não entendemos de inglês. Obrigada
Hey I really like this bag but I wanted to know which weight yarn you are using in the video

Has anyone made this with acrylic or wool? How did it do?
Can somebody help me what happen to the row 14 until 22. How to increase the stitches? From 34 in row 14 to 58 in row 22?
I don't have the last 4 stitches in row 2. Took it down twice
I am sorry I got lost, is this a free tutorial? It went from row 15, to row 22 with no explanation 😔
I feel stupid.😢... I don't get it. Maybe i just can't concentrate

Yeah no this is nearly impossible to follow im extremely annoyed actually
I have the written pattern and it’s super vague too. For as popular as this channel is I’m surprised the pattern is so awful
